This management group is not reliable. They hire knowledgeable workers that don't know how to do the job right and the problem keeps on consisting.. I own the property Next to them, their gardeners are a piece of crap and they're always breaking their sprinkler system, which leads to my driveway getting full of water in mud throughout the year. This last time I have been reaching out to them since the beginning of the month it is the 29th day of the month. It is actually worse than at the beginning. My driveway is full of mud constantly and water. I have text them. I have sent them pictures. I have spoken to their Mickey Mouse gardeners. The mow the lawn with a weedeater and nothing is done. There's other issues that I've had with them in regards to maintenance to the palm trees, and now of Fence, the device us that has been damage due to the palm trees that are growing due to their lack of maintenance to the palm trees. Unethical. Conniving. Discriminatory... This is what sums up The LaBrada Group. From the moment I submitted an application to one of their rental properties, their tactics were evident. They give you 48 hours to submit a security deposit after applying, then they pressure you to sign a lease agreement within 24 hours to ensure that you do not have time to thoroughly review their clauses and unreasonable deductions (see evidence). Their entire demeanor is belittling towards tenants, so much that Heather (their property manager) had the audacity to say that most renters are not kind and was quick to stereotype. What's appalling is how blatant their unlawful practices are--their lease agreements are plagued with violations! In fact, a housing investigator and attorney advised me to refrain from signing the lease agreement for a home my family and I were considering moving into. After respectfully declining and thanking them for their consideration, I requested that my $3,850 security deposit be returned. These swindlers took $150 of my security deposit and claimed that this was for "paperwork," then they claimed it was for "cleaning." Evidently, they couldn't get their story straight and provide evidence for their "aggravation fee," so unethical! Mr. Labrada, please return my FULL security deposit. Those $150 that you took from us can go a long way for my family and three little ones. Folks, report predatory businesses that prey on the innocent. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and report their violations to the housing department and unveil their exploitation. read more

After putting in my 30 day notice, they went back a few months and decided to charge me for my apartment flooding for the 5th time in 2 years. Mind you, it was sewage that filled my place, how my pipes busting to that degree while i was sleeping is beyond me... Each time a flood has happened, the plumber has made it clear it's an issue with the old pipes, and the age of the building (has not been updated, there's very clearly a slab leak bc the floors are HOT and we went 2 entire months w no hot water while they tried to figure it out). As for the accusations by their staff, I suggest they also send invoices to plunger manufacturers, as plungers are apparently not safe for drains...which never happened, btw...they weren't there, nor would I have stuck a toilet plunger in my kitchen sink....oh, and the black mold everywhere..... And don't get me started on the on site Mgr that drilled peep holes in my room and they did nothing. And I don't wanna leave out my disabled neighbor they charged for flooring bc she had to replace it to make it wheelchair accessible since LaBrada wouldn't. Very bad experience. After viewing one of their properties we decided to submit our application. I called to check if any other applications had been submitted to ensure our application would be considered first (we live an hour away from their office). Considering you have to drop your application off in person I didn't want waste time driving if the property was already accounted for. They assured me that their weren't any current applications submitted for the property.....three days later I call to check on the status and the answer I receive is "an application was submitted before yours". Very poor communication on their end. Edit: I would like to add that my French Bulldog (whom I absolutely love) is misbehaving around my 8 month daughter. She is going to live with my mom and dad in Michigan. If protecting my daughter makes me a bad pet owner I'm ok with that. I have rented one of their homes for one year. It was very surprising how I only got half of a $3,330 deposit back and at first they tried to give me $175 but it was a mistake because their "system" didn't update that I paid the prorated rent that month. I have never out of all my days of renting ever felt as cheated as I did with them. They had overcharged me for cleaning services, carpet cleaning, painting, etc. The invoices they sent looked faulty FYI and the Broker also inquired that I could've got cheaper services done if I would've did it myself. I was shocked beyond belief. This is the last problem. When I first moved in the home it had a pool that was dirty. I moved in during the summer and they stated that the pool wouldn't be serviced until a month. I'm like WOW really. I had to put forth effort to get that done. read more

We rented a house from this property management group and oh lord lol. We asked for things to get fixed and they never did, there was a leak on the roof and they placed a check mark on the page saying it had gotten fixed, yeah it never did lol. We payed 5000 dollars deposit and we only got about 600 back AFTER we were told we'd get 3500, because they spent 2500 for a lousy paint job, and I'm sure it was lousy because when we moved in the people who had painted before our move in had painted over pencils and crayons that were in one of the closets. We were charged for trash pickup which is fine because we did leave trash there however that was only 200, and other minor fixes, including blinds that were already EXTREMELY broken when we got there in the first place. So I don't know what they did with the 1500 they took, but overall they stole our money. DO NOT RENT OR WORK WITH THEM, and save your money. Oh and also I'm pretty sure the only reason they have five stars is because they ask you to write a positive review BEFORE they give you your deposit back lol if 0 stars was an option I'd break my screen clicking it lol (Edit) Ew and he's rude to his customers what a shame read more

From the start, it was obvious that Rudy listened to what we were saying and paid attention to our reaction to the properties we were seeing. How do I know? Because each subsequent property showing appointment we had with him, he made adjustments and showed us homes that were more and more to our liking. Eventually we ended up with a HUD property. As a side note, if you are thinking of purchasing a HUD property, *DO NOT DO IT*!!!
