My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!

Mari, their assistant was on top of every single issue and they all worked diligently and on a timely basis. They constantly kept me informed and quickly called back anytime I had a question. 4 other agents gave me comps and told me the houses should be listed for $40K to $50K less than what Victor and Carolina felt the house should list/sell for. They pointed out many positive things about the house and the area and were very enthusiastic. In addition, they had the lowest commission rate than anyone else. I listed with Victor and Carolina, from Re/Max and the house sold in about 2 week. The fantastic thing is that it sold for the top asking price they recommended. If I had gone with another agent, I would have lost tens of thousands of dollars.
