When my AC started leaking, I was already tired and stressed because we depend on it to sleep comfortably. I needed someone who would take the situation seriously and not take advantage of it. From the moment this electrician arrived, he brought a sense of calm I did not expect. He listened, asked simple questions, and walked me through what he was seeing instead of talking over me. The part that stayed with me was how open he was about everything. He showed me exactly what caused the leak, explained it in a way I could actually understand, and even pointed out how I could fix it myself if I wanted to save money. Hearing that from a professional told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person he is. He replaced the damaged hose, stopped the leak, and made sure the unit was running right again. Once the AC kicked back in and I felt the house cooling, the stress faded. I could finally relax knowing the problem was handled the right way by someone who genuinely cares about his work and the people he helps. Anyone looking for honesty, patience, and real professionalism will appreciate him the way I did. After this experience, I can say without hesitation that he is the person I will call for every AC issue from now on. read more

Excellent Service - Highly Recommend! My central air conditioning unit was making strange noises whenever I turned it on. I reached out to RD Air Conditioning because they were the closest business to my home--and I'm so glad I did! They answered the phone immediately and were at my door within 10 minutes. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was especially grateful that he was able to squeeze me in the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue--a failing AC motor--which he replaced later on in the evening. I prefer supporting small businesses over large companies that often try to upsell unnecessary services, and this experience confirmed that choice. While we didn't get a second quote, I believe the price was fair for the quality and speed of the service. I wouldn't hesitate to call RD Air Conditioning again in the future. Highly recommend! read more

We had a mysterious wooden smell coming from our heat pump/AC unit, which is only a couple of years old. I had two technicians and even the original installers come out, and none of them could figure it out. The smell lingered for weeks and nobody had a clear answer... until Deepak showed up. Deepak quickly diagnosed the problem. He was super friendly, professional, and had a great disposition. He even came back for a follow-up to make sure everything was running smoothly. If you need work on your HVAC or heat pump system, don't waste time with anyone else. Deepak's your guy. read more

I always make it a point to get multiple quotes for any home project because, let's be honest--people either overcharge or aren't upfront. This time, I had an HVAC issue, and as usual, I made sure to shop around for the best value. Deepak stood out from the rest--while others pushed unnecessary system replacements or quoted outrageous prices, he was honest and fair. He values relationships over quick sales, which is exactly why he's now my go-to. I'll gladly recommend him to friends, family, and even here on Yelp. If there's one lesson to take away, it's this: always do your due diligence, or you'll end up getting taken advantage of. read more

I am extremely grateful and impressed with Deepak, he accommodated his schedule to please mine. Came over and gave me a FREE diagnostic of my A/C unit. I thought my A/C unit wasn't working but after his diagnosis he said everything was fine and gave me tips on how to properly run the unit. His time, diagnosis and advise was all at no charge. I have to say that this has been the best experience dealing with anyone when it comes to honesty. He is definitely the to go guy and I will make sure to use him for any future A/C needs. I am very grateful, thank you Deepak. read more
