He explained his plan for spraying the inside based on the discussion with the problem areas. He first started at the front door inside, sprayed the threshold as I opened the door in between the front door and security door, saturated it very well. Then began all along the interior walls, bedrooms, master bath where it was a main problem area, continued throughout the hallways and rooms that were accessible. I had purposely backed out all 3 cars in the garage and Michael sprayed all the accessible walls plus the door areas into the house and especially at the step up where the cars are parked in the garage. He replaced the 6 glue traps, 2 at the door leading into the house, 2 at the single car garage door and 2 at the double car garage door and completed the inside. Michael then put down the ant granulates in front on the trouble area room window on the rock landscaping, then prepared the outside insect solution and sprayed the front of the house, he explained that spraying over the ant granulates would activate the grandulates with the moisture. Spraying along the side of the house to the back, he sprayed around the back side walls, then around the pool, back walls and then all along the outside accessible areas and completed around the back patio threshold and back along to the front of the house. We had been experiencing issues with small ants and that issue has gotten better, currently experiencing many crickets, pinch bugs or earwigs. Michael sprayed everywhere to hopefully build a nice barrier to get rid of the insects. Great job Michael Gallagher!

We'd jumped up on the flat roof a few times and hadn't been able to get any sightings. Along with this, we found a dead black widow, so we decided it was time and had Urban Desert Pest Control come out. The great news was no evidence of roof rats! The even better news was that instead of charging us for placing traps anyway, Urban Desert Pest Control realized that our "pet" squirrels that live in our backyard were probably getting up there to play and placed some filters over vents to prevent the squirrels from getting into the vents. Guess what? Noises went away. Nice to work with a company that focuses on the individual customer instead of implementing a general approach for every single situation.

Tried breakers, etc. Called and they had a guy out to my place within 45 minutes on a Sunday. Now that is fast! Travis did an excellent job. Turns out a wire had fried. Got me back up and running. It was already up to 82 degrees (see photo), so it was not comfortable. It's now blowing cold air again. Thankfully, I won't have to go to the hotel tonight. Keep up the great work guys!

The electrician, Stephen arrived on time, diagnosed the issues and performed a quality repair. I'm not an expert regarding home construction, but you can tell when you watch someone performing a task if they're knowledgeable. Stephen obviously had a ton of experience and was very good the way he explained everything to me. I'm very please with the work.

It was just a bit more involved than I felt up to doing myself. There were many compatibility issues that could present problems along the way. Fortunately, Jeff was very knowledgeable about RING installations and understood what complications might arise and how to remedy them. Jeff's original estimate for the job was less than half of what Turn It On Electric quoted me. It seemed like the latter wanted to fix things that weren't broken. When it was time to pay for Jeff's work, there were no additional charges; the bill was the exact amount he originally quoted me. It seemed reasonable. The job was completed in a timely manner, and I approved of his work.

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! I just bought this house so I'm sure they haven't been cleaned in ages (if ever), but King Air Duct Cleaning got us rolling again quickly! Thank you-would highly recommend!

Update: Second cleaning visit…read more Brian arranged our second cleaning. He was excellent in communicating with me the change of cleaner and the exact time frame of her arrival! I appreciate that! Today, we were assigned a young woman named Chase. She was on time, polite and a hard worker. I like the job she did and have booked another cleaning with her.

Thankfully, the company sent out someone to redo the deep cleaning I originally had. Madison came…read moreand was wonderful! She really made my bathrooms sparkle! She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around. There was actually a piece of trash on the floor in there too lol. Now I'm going to finish the ACTUAL deep cleaning I requested. Been on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor.
