We had a leaking sprinkler head, which had caused water damage to an area of the garage. We shut off the water and had to work with a mitigation team to remove the wet dry wall and the ceiling around the sprinkler head to confirm the leak was coming from the sprinkler head itself. It was a stressful situation for someone encountering this type of a situation for the first time. Smart Fire Protection said they can come out to the house same day, which I really appreciated. The rate was higher than expected but I figured it is due to weekend pricing, and it was not unreasonable. We wanted to get the water turned back on sooner vs. waiting until Monday. Jose was professional and courteous and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. I learned a lot about the sprinkler system. He replaced the sprinkler head, checked the pressure gauge, pointed out some calcifications in the pipes to keep an eye on. He flushed and recharged the system and recommended we check back in for an inspection of the overall sprinkler system throughout the house later in the year. Overall a great experience and worth recommending!

For the last three years, I've used Smoke Alarm Medic to service the smoke alarms in my home. Ben comes out around the same time every year and does his magic. Well, this year one of my alarms decided to start sounding at about 3 a.m.--because, of course it did! I called this morning knowing the business was closed, figuring I'd leave a message and hopefully get something scheduled early next week. To my surprise, Ben answered the phone. I explained what was happening and told him I needed to schedule service for early next week. Instead, Ben said, "I'll come out today. I don't want you listening to that all weekend." And he did! Did he charge me extra for coming out on a Saturday? NOPE!!! That kind of customer service is getting harder and harder to find. After three years of consistently great service, I can absolutely recommend Smoke Alarm Medic. If you've got issues with your smoke alarms, Smoke Alarm Medic is the company to call!
