I dropped it off around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they said they'd have to keep it overnight (if you go in before 1pm you're more likely to have same-day service). I explained the situation and the tech looked it over and gave me all the information I wanted to know. She said it would likely be ready for pick-up around 1-2pm the next day, and lo and behold, I got the email notification around 1pm the next day that it was ready. I go to pick it up and everything's looking great and working great, and they even put a new screen protector on. The entire experience was straightforward, hassle-less, and quick, and they have a 1-year warranty on their work. I am a satisfied customer who will be coming back again for any tech repair needs! I got my computer fixed somewhere else for 100.00 look around they are not the only ones that fix computers plus their location is almost impossible to park unless you use the underground parking which is not so great either.

After successfully repairing the TV, they mounted the TV free of charged and help with hiding the wirings. This TV is 85" and weights 100 pounds. I was expecting them to leave after fixing the TV, but they stayed until they verified: 1) TV update is completed and successful 2) tested sound of exterior/internal speakers 3) helped me configured my Google Home integration on my phone 4) tested a few streaming apps for video/audio. In addition, they gave recommendations about the current mounting brackets. Even after I left, I found an issue with a couple of apps. They debugged through texting and eventually found a solution that rectified the issue.
