Jason offered to stop by at 8am on Monday morning to take a look. He walked in on the first day of camp for 3 kids so my house was pure chaos (sorry Jason!), but he got right to work and fixed the washer after identifying the issue was a string caught from one of my 15. year olds bikinis. I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service.
