He went as far as to getting on FaceTime with me and I was able to catch that the dryer vent had completely disconnected from the dryer and we were able to get Abt out to repair it asap (it was their fault during a washer repair) as it was a fire hazard. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service.
