The call quality is great but it's extremely frustrating and labor intensive to recharge the account - the website is non-responsive, times out, forms throw unusual and unnecessary errors. I have been customer of Raza for last 6 years and I have noticed that sharing credit card details with operator leads to fraud charges on my credit card. I cancelled my credit card 4 times in last 3 years and every time I share my card details with Raza operator to enroll my new credit card and very consistently I have been getting fraud charges until lately when I did not enroll back in last few months. All the fraud charges were applied to a bogus online accounts in created with Indian names like ramesh123@gmail.com etc. I am leaving the service just because the company doesn't allow users to enter their credit card details along with cvv codes themselves on the website which is safe but rather given to the customer support/operator only for enrollment purpose which is very risky process read more

The worst customer service ever they will never give you a credit for a lost call or a bad quality call so basically you will waste your money away, if you decide to stay with them however don't you ever sign up for auto recharge because they will rip you off, my last incident with them was when I tried to call International the recording said I have 57 minutes however I got only 51 minutes when I called customer service they said the rate fluctuate and is not matching their advertised rate all the times and they blame that on the local carriers in the country you are calling so they can always play around with the rates and charge you wherever they want and their excuse will be the local carriers in the country you are calling. So we can always steal your money without even you are knowing it. Plus I read another review on a different website for a customer who found out that they are recording the phone calls without the customer authorization, and another review for someone that is credit card information been stolen through raza.com. piece of advice stay away from this company read more

Very unethical, they keep charging extra minutes without me realizing and when I complained they said they will resolve in 48 hours but I never heard anything from them. they say 1 cent but its lot more than 1 cent. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! read more

I've been using Raza.com for more than 5 years to call relatives in India from the US. You call a local number out of 5-10 they provide for your area code, then dial the foreign number. Call quality and price are of course excellent, but what really differentiates them from other providers is their awesome customer service. These guys will actively look out for your best interests - often the guys on the internet chat will ask to call you, and suggest plans that are cheaper in your case than the one you originally selected. Recentlty I bought usd 100 calling card from razaa.comm on mar 13 2013. Only after chacking my credit card statememnt for month of april 2013 I found that there was a usd 20 charged to my account. I immediately called razaa told them about this charges. They said that on april 13 2013 which was Saterday, I made a phone call from my mobil at 12.08 pm. When I chacked my phone log for that day I found that there was not a single phone call made from my mobil to any one on that day .This is a plain fraud in order to gain some extra dollars. Horrible phone company. Charging for calls that were never completed. Customer service refused to issue refund per company's 100% money back guarantee. Instead, disconnected online session and promptly hung up the phone that they initiated. Yes, they called me to convince to stay with them. Very rude customer care rep. I called the customer care to recharge due to their website was down. The customer care rep name was Javed I he asked my phone number and I told him " give me a second" I was trying to find out my number but he said "that is not my responsibility" and disconnect the phone. the worst experience and the worst staff ever , i bought a $10 card online from their website on the 01/19 that states that it will give me 95 min, now when i made the call it gave me only 38 min, i spoke for 29 min and tried to call a different person , the call wouldn't go through so i called customer service spoke to a lady named (pratha) asked her for help so i can use the rest of the min, she was not helpful+ a very bad attitude kept raising her voice so i can shut up when i am the one who called with the issue , after putting me in hold to verify things kept saying that she cant do nothing , cant help me now have to call another day, cant let me talk to a supervisor cause there is none on site threaten to hang up the phone several time and end up actually doing it.....!!! well i received a call from them on Sunday and Monday saying hey your account has been verified you can give us a call to reactivate your min, ok so to day 01/23 i did call to do so being forgetful about what did happen didn't want to complain and let it slide, when i called asked the guy on the line to give me the rest of the min left knowing that i did say (had 38 used 29 need the rest) , he asked me for the last 4 digit of my credit card which i did give him, i make a call and later on i was checking my bank account to see i have been charged another $10, called customer service again , and the girl told cant do nothing i asked to speak to a supervisor, this time its not weekend and the should be on site, she said she cant she will have him call me in 24 to 48 hours.... now in the afternoon the supervisor (nagesh) called me to tell me that he cant do nothing and not to make it hard for him and me , and that i have 2 options: either to use the $10 or to refund me the $9.02 left after using 2 min from it, i told him that was you guys mistake not mine and i shouldn't be charged for your mistake , so i asked him if i can talk to someone higher then him he said there is no one i can talk to beside him , i told him it can't be it has to be a boss above you, he insisted that there are no one i can talk to , refuses to give me any email address or phone number to someone above him , when i asked him about the owner of the company phone number or email he started laughing and he said you will not talk to any one beside me , made it sound like he is the big shot and that is as far as i can go. it is the worst place to do business with , watch out and if i was you i wouldn't buy anything from them, that was the first and last time i will ever go to their website again. read more
