Months ago, a representative here added unauthorized add-ons to my account that I never approved. I chalked it up to a one-time issue, but today confirmed that poor service is the norm at this location. I walked in, and the person who checked me in told me it would be at least a 15-minute wait. No big deal--I said I would quickly run across the street and be right back. But instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the employee rudely insisted on removing me from the queue, saying I needed to be in the store when my name was called. His snarky attitude was completely unprofessional and dismissive, like he couldn't care less about my business. Guess what? He got his wish because I walked out and went to another store where they actually value their customers.
