So I wonder why the take out orders are 3 out of 4 times we ordered short. The most recent time this happened was this past Monday so I immediately called the location and was told that only the server manager was available and that she would have the general manager, Shane, call who would be at work on Wednesday. Here it is Thursday and no call so I am done with giving them a try. If you kitchen staff don't want to take the time to count wings on take-out orders...I get it... then through in some extra wings to make sure you are giving the minimum order that the customer paid for. Shorting the customer does not send the right message of loyalty.
