That was important because I found that ridding a home of rodents is not easily achieved. The initial step was to survey the house, seal potential entry sites, then set the traps. The HS team completed the process and set up an appointment to check the traps. after a couple visits, we still heard the vermin scratching around. So, HS brought in a senior inspector who found a few open areas I never would have thought to identify (openings between the outside wall and the foundation that were tucked up underneath the visible area).
