Yes it's expensive and yes the service isn't great, but it has a bunch of different options and it's good for browsing for sure. One of the best stores of its kind for browsing, I might add, and in some ways I think it's better than Bed Bath & Beyond honestly. The time they picked is during a time when I cannot be here. Also I cannot get a manager to speak to me in regards to this situation. I am calling now to cancel my order. They do not work to ensure the customer is happy or that they are working FOR the customer. Its their way or the highway. The sales guys will lie about availability just to make a sale, and then they don't communicate with you at all about a backorder or dates. The warranty dates will be way off because they don't update the actual install dates with manufacturers or give you any kind of install ticket, costing you months of warranty time. it is a jumbled mess over there and they are completely unapologetic about their huge mistakes. The only positive is some of their installers are great.

They unfortunately didn't have it in stock but told me where I may find it. I had no luck but was able to find it on Amazon. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway. As it turns out....they were right. The faucet canister slid right in and my leak was fixed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you even when they don't make a sale.
