It has now been closer to almost two years since our kitchen was completed and I'm still in awe of the results. The choices they have are amazing. Tony is great and helped us pick out the two-tone slim shaker cabinets and quartz countertop. They added much more storage by removing the soffit and raising the cabinet height. The new cabinet inserts make the organization and access so much easier. On the remodeling side of their business, we had them replace our floors and countertops. We also decided to have them replace the cabinets in our powder room which really gave it an upgrade. The workers they use are thoughtful in how they complete the work. Joseph and Tony had great service and communication throughout the whole process. Rom listened and suggested. During our meeting with him he showed us pictures and options of placement for the stone. We took his advice and ended up with the most stunning kitchen. The island stone pulls it all together. It's stunning. The install team are professional and clean. Rom and his team mitered the edges to make a 3" cohesive seam. We used the remnants for our mud room area. I highly recommended Wave Granite. For all of our future stone needs, we will work with ROM and Wave granite.

To many little things and David felt after the job completed, warranty items he found a way to put them off for the money we spent 187k to adjoint bathrooms . Of course, this all took place through the pandemic. Workers were hard to come by! Top it off, we purchased the best of the best product fixtures, so on so forth. Not even a year later, the shower head is pealing. We had nemoures repairs via David, and he did very poop planning for the humidity in the addict, having to hire some to clean this up. The list goes on an on, so back to shower head, bath of America is warranting the head, but David isn't covering any warranty work, as he never told us several months back he's retiring. Just found out today. But yet his store says opening Wenesday 9a.m. . David is a crankey guy,in your face kind of guy. They do not clean after themselves and they leave paint splatter and glue splatter all over your new tiles and marble. THEY EVEN MESSED UP BRAND NEW TILES AND LEFT THEM CRACKED AND BROKEN AND INSTALLED IT ANYWAYS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM. They also messed up the kitchen wood floors and did not even bother fixing it until we pointed it out. AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT. These people do NOT know what they are doing. We have done many remodels and this is the worse company we have ever worked with. The assistant Cody even let it slip that our home WAS THE BIGGEST PROJECT THEY EVER HAD. WHAT?!?!? There wasn't much of a hard sell and left me in peace to peruse without watching my every move. It also is about the quality of the product, which I'm pleased to say seems great all around. I was able to get a good feel (#2) for what I needed visually, overall functionality, and design. I have purchased several things from tiles to sinks from here and it's all been a relatively smooth process. A lot of it was done online, but the studio was really just to see it in person. I doubt it's the most affordable since the prices are up there. While I think it's perfectly suitable to compare other shops, it's sometimes worth noting that getting everything from one place can be extra convenient as well. SIgned a contract and agreed on a pattern of quartz and his people templates about a week later, another week after that and they were installing. Hector originally promised two joints in the main rounded counter and two in the bar. He promised to keep the pattern mismatch to a minimum. When the stone arrived, he had the lower rounded cabinet fabricated with only ONE joint and the patterns matched to such a point that it disappears. The bar also only had one joint that had a pattern match that very nearly disappeared. Talk about under promise and over deliver. We also had three bathroom counter tops in this project, arriving at around noon, his guys were finished by 6:30 that evening. Couldn't be happier. We were not paid and received no discount for leaving this review.
