He never rushed us out, never cared for us to ask questions and didn't try to discount his stuff 60% "if I bought it today" (unlike many others in the are) Omar does all the installs and he did it amazing care and precision. He didn't rush and spent his time making sure each part of the install was perfect. When there was a small issue, he drove back to resolve right away and did not go until it was remedied. Thankfully, it did not cause serious injury, and at that time we chose not to escalate or take any legal action. However, the main chandelier is still defective -- bulbs continue to fall off, which is unsafe and unacceptable. Since it is installed on a very high ceiling, this is not something we can fix ourselves and requires proper warranty service. We have contacted the company 4-5 times, but they only make promises and never follow through. After receiving full payment, their lack of responsibility is extremely disappointing. If this issue continues to be ignored, we will have no choice but to share our full experience, including related photos, to accurately reflect the situation

We were chased out and told not to park in the handicapped parking! Can they even do that? The reason was the single handicapped spot was dedicated to the owner?? Who wasn't there???
