Hey guys! I normally don't write reviews for anything but I was so pleased with the service that I'm writing up one now. I needed to fix the locks in my apartment because it's usually only my daughter and I home. I searched up locksmiths for the problems I had with the locks in my apartment. When I called up Ray an's locksmith and explained the fix needed to be done; they gave me a quote that was a lot more reasonable than the other locksmiths I had already inquired; so I proceeded. The locksmith came with his assistant and they worked together to replace the top locks on my apartment door; as well as the lock on my daughter's bedroom. I haven't had any complaints ever since. I was looking for a decent locksmith in my area to replace my deadbolt lock. My apartment door is very old and needed some special attention before replacing the deadbolt. I called around and Rayan seemed to have a reasonable quote over the phone. I was warned that after physically seeing the condition of my door that the rate quote might change, which was completely understandable. Total life savers. Quick, fast and reliable. Its more than clear that these guys know their business. As a women, feeling safe and secure is of up most priority. OK first off, I have used several (3 Total) locksmiths before. And the experiences I had with them was always bad, but not with Sam. This last time I was referred to Sam from Rayan. He showed up super quick, tools in hand to get the job done, he was easy to get a hold of and was very professional. I would strongly recommend this professional to get the job done. I now know whom to call when i need a locksmith again, after receiving top quality service for re-pinning my existing lock.. I saved over 150$. They came and did it the same day and very professionally. Another company I called would not even give me a quote and didn't want to re-pin my lock, instead pushed to sell me a different lock. I give this company 5 stars and here's why: I called to have a second locks placed on my door about 2 weeks ago. The person I spoke to have me an appointment for Monday afternoon. Promptly Monday I got a call from the locksmith Sam telling me his ETA. When he came the job was done perfectly. He gave me a warranty of 60days on receipt and mentioned that their is a manufacturer warranty as well. I paid and he was on his way. Good friendly service. read more

Ive never had to call a locksmith in the past, because the maintenance people in my building usually take care of that stuff. But the guy who does the lock repairs was out of the country for vacation. After calling atleast 5 or 6 companies, I decided to go with Rayan Locksmith. They surely did not disappoint. These reviews made me use their service. I spoke to Sam on the phone and sent a photo of my door. I am renting a room near my school campus and needed some security and privacy. My front door locks have not been working properly for the past month. It would take me a little while before I'm able to lock my door from the outside, taking up a lot of time out of my morning commute. I was recommended by a friend who used them before. I needed a locksmith this week when I lost my set of keys. Couldnt access any of the other locks in the house. So they needed replacing. after i lost my keys i had no way to get into my apartment i called rayan locksmith to come over and to open my door they said it would take 15 - 20 minutes for somebody to get here i waited 45 minutes until somebody came they were rude and had the nerve to over charge i do not recommend this company i made an account just so other people dont make the same mistake i did read more

I moved in the other week and needed new locks for my front door. The super in my building couldn't be reached at that time and I didn't want to stay with the old locks. I called this company and somebody came within the hour. The two guys replaced the locks and charged me a decent fee. After about a month of my key giving me an issue with the lock I decided to have the problem looked at.
