After having a long conversation with ChatGPT about tire selection, inventory, speed of service,…read moreand quality of service, Chat GPT recommended Tire Outlet in Fullerton to me. I have a Chevrolet Bolt EUV with a set of tires that practically nobody makes anymore, and one of them had started leaking air. I was worried I was in for an expensive replacement. I'm so thankful ChatGPT directed me to Tire Outlet. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with smiles and employees who were eager to help. The manager personally took care of me, and from the very beginning, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The speed of service really impressed me. About a year ago, I brought my car to a different tire shop in Fullerton for another leaky tire and ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours before anyone even looked at my car. Today's experience couldn't have been more different. While I relaxed in Tire Outlet's clean, comfortable waiting lounge and got some work done on my laptop, they had everything taken care of in about 15 minutes. Then came the biggest surprise of all. They told me my tire didn't need to be replaced after all--they were able to fix it easily by hand. And when I went to pay, they insisted on not charging me anything. Seriously... who does that these days?! I was blown away. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare. They could have easily sold me a new tire, especially since my tires are difficult to find, but instead they fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. From now on, Tire Outlet will be the only place I take my car for tire service. They specialize exclusively in tires (so you don't have to wait while a car gets another type of lengthy repair or maintenance), know their products inside and out, have an impressive inventory, provide incredibly fast service, and, most importantly, treat their customers with honesty, care, and respect. If you're looking for a tire shop you can truly trust, I cannot recommend Tire Outlet in Fullerton highly enough. They've earned a customer for life.

2 out of 5 stars I…read morehad my two rear tires replaced at this location about few months ago, when I was in Brea visiting my boyfriend, who had just become paralyzed from a motorcycle accident. I was about two hours from home, and ended up with a hole in my tire that needed fixing before I could drive back. They told me to arrive by 6:30 p.m. since they closed at 7, and I got there just in time. While the actual replacement process was smooth and the tires look fine, I only found out from the paperwork afterward that they were supposedly "balanced". Unfortunately, the car hasn't been driving right since. The steering feels off, it's jerky, and turns are more difficult than they should be. Clearly, something is wrong with the balancing or the installation. I'm concerned that because I arrived so close to closing time, the job may have been rushed. If they can't do a thorough job that late in the day, they really should stop taking new customers earlier rather than rushing through the work. In short, while the staff was accommodating in terms of timing, the end result was that my car doesn't drive properly now. For that reason, I wouldn't go back.

I walked in, expecting a small selection, but it was like a colorful ice cream wonderland. If you're planning a party or just want to stock up, this is the place. Just a heads up, though no pints or buckets here; it's all about those pops and fruit bars. I left with a freezer full of goodies, and I can't wait to go back. Whether you're a business owner or just an ice cream lover, this shop is a must-visit. Trust me, once you experience those deals, your inner kid will thank you and your wallet will too! However, because it's not something we do all the time, it was perfectly fine for a special treat. The facility itself was very clean, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. All in all, it was a great experience. If my wife and I ever want to go "Back to the Future" for some classic ice cream, we will definitely go back!

Parking was quick, traffic flow wasn't chaotic, and getting in and out of the lot was honestly stress-free--which is rare for Costco. Inside was just as efficient. I grabbed what I needed without dealing with overwhelming crowds, and checkout was a breeze. An employee came up, scanned my items, had me scan my membership, and I was done in no time. Super convenient. I've been to the Garden Grove location before, and that experience was the complete opposite--driving around forever just trying to find parking was enough to make me leave. This Fullerton location felt like a completely different world. No anxiety, no hassle, just in and out. Overall this location made the whole shopping trip easy and pleasant. Definitely one of the better Costco experiences I've had!

Small Costco with poor parking and surly help. I'd avoid this grumpy and irritating little store…read moreand find another Costco (or Sam's), even if it's further away. Parking is a real bitch at this store. You can forget getting anything close to the door, because that is never gonna happen. You can count on parking far, far away and taking a long walk in the heat or cold to get to the door. And don't bring a big truck or large car or any nice vehicle... the driving here is rather competitive and dangerous, and the spaces are tight. I thought it might get better when their neighbor the Amazon store gave up and left, but it didn't seem to help the parking situation at all. If you do make it inside, you'll find way too many people in the aisles and down the rows, which makes getting that bigass cart through the store a real chore. It's like gridlock here. No one seems to be able or willing to move. And the checkout lane is chaos. These people seem ready to throw down any minute and looking for a fight, so keep your head down, do what the others do, get through the line and GTFO. Do NOT ask a question or make any unexpected moves (like putting the wrong item on the conveyor at the wrong time), as this will not end well for you. Not a good place for a senior citizen or a first-time customer here who may need a little more time to get through the store and the checkout. I also shop at Sam's Club in Fullerton. I can say that prices at Sam's and Costco seem to be the same. Selection is probably slightly better at Costco, but it's not much different. Parking is completely different, with many more generously sized spaces available much closer all around the entrance. And the glory of Sam's Scan and Go? Just put your stuff in your cart, scanning with the app as you go, and then... leave the store. That's right, you just walk out with your stuff. NO standing in any line, no delay. I can shop Fullerton Sam's in half the time as I'll need at the Fullerton Costco. I'll only go to Costco if I am absolutely sure that Sam's doesn't have it. Costco is not worth the irritation and inconvenience, nor is it worth putting up with their shitty attitude.

Jonathan and Brandon in the Tire Center are AMAZING!…read more I had a tire emergency on my way to work around 9:00 a.m. Jonathan got me checked in for the first available walk-in time slot 12pm. I received a call around 9:58 a.m. letting me know they were already working on my car, and by 10:34 a.m. I got another call saying it was ready. Jonathan, thank you so much! I truly appreciate you and your entire team for taking care of me so quickly and making a stressful situation so much easier. Brandon, thank you for your help when I picked up my car. You both provided outstanding customer service, and I couldn't be more grateful. You guys are AMAZING!!

950 am, Sunday, July 19, 2026…read more I got to the corner of LA Habra and Beach. I saw that the short cut to the gas station was open. I proceeded when the left turn arrow turned green and I pulled into the parking lot to park not to get gas. I saw the horde of gold star members waiting to get on at 10 am! There were two minutes left! I hurried, got my digital membership ready on my phone and scanned it just in the nick of time! I'm on a hunt for clearance items! I found the Omnibreeze tower fan with internal oscillation and wi-fi for $39.99! $10 off regular price. I grabbed two out of four left in stock. Cha Ching! Hmm, this fan doesn't have strong velocity though, grrr. It's easy to set up, very cool tech features using wifi connection. Next, I found Disney themed door mats for $10 each, two different styles. I grabbed them both! The matriarch and daughter loved them! Then I found the jumbo 14 oz bag of lesser evil Himalayan Gold popcorn made with coconut oil and Himalayan salt. There was a coupon mark down for these. What the heck is going on with the egg prices! Pasture-raised two dozen eggs were $7.99! Whoa. That's 33 cents each. You can find them for double the unit price on Amazon or $10 for 18 Vital Farms at Target. So, 10 am is not as busy as you think. The check out lines were short but best if you have the Executive membership to get in an hour earlier.

I drove by the other day not knowing why people were in line on a Friday until I decided to stop by and check it out for myself. Wow! They had so much cool items that I spent probably over an hour looking through all the bins. haha. I found some great things for such a steal! Got myself a new curling iron, brand new microwave for my mother in law (yes, I went home & tested out and everything) and it works! Retail would've cost me $80+. I got some brand name clothes, and a few other items that would've cost me about $20-$40 in store. Since I went on a Friday, everything is $12! They had baby strollers, car seats, tools. Since I got there a little after 10am, (I still found some awesome stuff) Highly recommend coming earlier because they had a ton of great stuff. But like I said, I still got some good items even coming after 10am. The prices drops daily as well, EVERY Wednesday EVERYTHING is $1!! Where can you buy something for $1 nowadays?!? There's so many things to look at! All the staff is so welcoming and friendly, they took the time to explain to me how the store works. I'm going to tell all my friends and family to shop here. If you want a great deal instead of paying full price, definitely would recommend coming here!
