I used Rattlesnake Solutions for snake training my two dogs. Jill did the training and she was awesome with my dogs. I have a Lab and a Bulldog. Both loved her and she made the experience as positive as possible for them. The training consisted of two sessions spaced two weeks apart. She brings very large and very alive rattlesnakes in clear glass boxes. The boxes were placed in various areas and she took each dog individually for training. It was very effective. The second training session neither dog would go anywhere near the snake and ran straight back to the house. I highly recommend this training service! read more

Arrived about 30 minutes after I reached out . The snake made itself comfortable in the workings of my above ground hot tub which was opened up because it was being drained. The snake whisperer had to remove all the panels to reach the viper, but failure was not an option and he kept at it until the slithering critter was safely contained. Had a small male rattler who just didn't want to leave the rocks by the side of my house. So I called Rattlesnake Solutions and Bryan promptly came out to catch and relocate him. Bryan made quick work of catching and containing the snake. Bryan also went around the property checking for other snakes and took the time to answer my many questions. Very informative and helpful. Well, had Rattlesnake Solutions back again this year to remove a diamondback rattlesnake that had wedged itself in amongst some large decorative rocks by our pool to shed. Derek came out within 30 minutes and after locating the snake, he ran some water down through the rocks to get it to come out. After a few minutes, the snake slithered out and he picked her up with a capture tool and put her in a bucket. Really appreciate this company as I won't kill rattlers. I was a wreck since the snake had bit my dog and He was very caring and supportive even though I cried the whole time he was here. We had a horrific experience with a rattlesnake hiding under the cell of our patio door and when I opened the door it bumped him and he lunged up and bit my young golden retriever puppy on the face but the scary part is I have 3 other dogs that were right behind her. This is my second review for Rattlesnake Solutions amazing, fast, reliable service. Marisa Maki, an amazing young woman, came to our home within minutes of my call after trapping a young, but pretty good sized male Western Diamond back that made its way into our pantry -- someone did not make sure the patio door was fully shut. We live in the Desert Foothills along a wash ... a beautiful quiet neighborhood, but there is an occasional snake sighting. I am really grateful for this company and the fact that they humanely capture and relocate the snakes properly. Highly recommend! Outstanding service ... I took my dog out onto patio one evening, and heard a sound I had never heard before ... I turned and two feet from where I was standing was a rather large coiled snake hissing and shaking its rattle ... I stepped back in through the glass French doors leading to patio very slowly and managed to get dog in unscathed ... What a terrific company! I learned through Nextdoor about the snake aversion training coordinated by Jill Rials, and I highly recommend it and Jill. It is not inexpensive, but I considered it an important investment, and no payment is requested until the training is complete and successful. My 9 lb. dog is super friendly and curious, so would be likely to want to check out a snake, but would never survive a bite. Jill was a pleasure to work with -- very friendly, responsive, caring and flexible in scheduling. It is a multi-visit process to be sure the dog has learned the lesson. I wasn't sure my dog "got it" the first time, but boy, the 2nd time she was deathly afraid to go anywhere near the snake. I have never seen her that afraid of anything but thunder. The snake is in a clear box, which is well ventilated so the dog gets the scent, but there's no way the snake can escape. Jill uses a remote-activated "shock" collar to admonish the dog when it shows interest in the snake. The setting is safe, and I felt better after watching several YouTube videos of little dogs getting jolted like this. On Jill's advice, I did choose not to do this training for my other small dog, who is elderly with heart problems, but luckily she is also fearful of strange things. If you are hesitant to do this training because of your own personal fear of snakes, I recommend you talk to Jill and others at the company who are so knowledgeable and may help put things in perspective. The set-up is very safe, you barely have to see the snake if you don't want to, and I would just generally say you should try to suck it up for the safety of your pet :-) I also heard company founder Bryan Hughes speak at a community event and would also recommend anyone living in the Valley take advantage if you have the opportunity. He is an excellent speaker with just the right amount of humor inserted to make nervous people a bit more at ease about snakes and to help you retain some of the very useful information. We have yet to need their snake removal services, but I have their number handy for the day I do! read more

After finding a rattlesnake in our backyard they responded within 20 minutes. Our snake had hidden within a boulder display that had eroded underneath, creating numerous crevasses. This did not deter Bryan. He patiently flushed out the area, and our snake emerged. She has been relocated to the desert, and both snake and our family are safe. We actually did not have them come out as we weren't sure if the snake had gone back into its hole or had actually left our yard. However, Greg was very helpful over the phone, providing support and suggestions as this was our first snake encounter in our two years here in the desert. Turns out snake came back to our patio a couple hours later and we were able to coax it into pool net (as Greg suggested) and walked it over to desert area and released it. We have a small dog and they have a two part course to ensure your dog has learned to steer clear of snakes. You only pay if your dog has learned to stay away. Shortly after building our new home in Cave Creek, we built our pool and fenced our yard. We used a black chain linked fence so that we did not obstruct our view. They came very quickly (within 30 minutes of my call) and even though the snake had moved from his orginal position took the time to scour the backyard until he was located. Fantastic Job!! I was so impressed with Rattlesnake Solutions. They attached rattlesnake-proof fencing over my existing fence - about 160 feet of fencing. There is not even a tiny spot anywhere for a rattlesnake to get through. They dug a 6 inch trench around the entire yard to bury the fencing too, so that no critters could dig underneath.
