Every single time, someone from LST would call me a couple seconds later to check in on me. Recently, LST called me again to tell me that I was due for a battery change. Funny thing is, I actually saw a light on my keypad the day before and was wondering what it was. The girl on the phone says that's the system's way of telling me that the battery is low. They sent someone to change the battery, and the light went away. My family and I have used different alarm companies in the past, but the way LST looks out for you is a cut above the rest.
