They came and installed. After that trying to get service from them is a nightmare. I spent a lot of time trying to reach them. By phone, and by text. I only had the system for about one month and it's not operating properly. We have high end equipment to protect and want to be sure that our system is working properly. We changed from our existing alarm company for 15 years and now we are very disappointed. I've tried so many times and asked that they send a technician and they do not respond. Be careful.Apparently they are associated with Brinks security but Brinks security just tells me I have to contact them because they are one of their partners. read more

It is with great frustration that I'm writing to you today and am hoping that you can assist me with a resolution. I subscribed to Brink Security System (three cameras, one doorbell) in November 2020. All had been going well and for the most part I was happy with my service - up until the beginning of September 2021 when I began experiencing ongoing issues without resolution (US customer service Ticket Number: 700888999, Canadian Customer Service Ticket Number:18266 The most concerning issue that I've been facing is in association with various sensors continuously malfunctioning. Sensors placed all over my house have stopped working and the alarm will bypass itself - leaving my house unarmed and unsecured - putting my family at risk and my home unprotected. On September 7th, 2021 and a number of times following, I called your Customer Service line and experienced incredibly long wait times to speak to a representative. Understanding that your team is busy and being desperate to get this resolved, I patiently waited. After expressing my concerns and issues to three different representatives, I was informed that a technician will be sent to my house to resolve the issue. Needless to say, that never happened and the issue still remains unresolved. Thinking that could be a technical issue, I switched my internet provider from Bell to Rogers. During the transition, my system stopped working entirely - so again, I waited an hour to speak to a representative who attempted to guide me through steps to reconnect the system - this process took about 2.5 hours. We were able to connect the doorbell, however, the three security cameras did not connect. He informed me that this was an issue on your end as the system was not accepting the password he provided me and said that he would arrange for a technician to come and take a look. He told me to call back the next day to coordinate a visit. Following his direction, I called back the next day and waited 45 minutes to speak to another representative who informed me that they will schedule a technician to come to my house. After a few days of not hearing back, on Thursday, September 30th, 2021, I called back and was informed that I would receive a text message in two hours to schedule a visit. Still having heard nothing from your team, I called back again on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021 and had to wait another hour to speak to someone. After finally getting through, I advised the representative that I am incredibly unhappy with this service and would like to cancel my services. He then transferred me to the Account Management Department which was closed at the time. I called back on Monday, October 4th, 2021 and was able to get through - only to get yelled at by your Account Manager and be told that I will be charged $1300 to cancel my services. I expressed my concerns and experiences to her to which she replied that she would ensure that a technician comes to my house and replaces the entire system in addition to issuing me a one month refund. I patiently waited for another 45 minutes for my call to be transferred to a different department where the representative was not informed anything from the Account Manager and was unable to help me. While the representative was unable to help me, she assured me that a Manager will contact me to get this resolved. Now today is October 6th, 2021 - I have yet to hear back from anyone, a technician has not once been arranged to fix the cameras, my house/family remain unprotected and I have wasted hours of my time and hundreds of dollars on a system that does not work. I am incredibly frustrated, disappointed and unhappy with my experiences over the last month and am pleading with you to please cancel my services and waive the cancellation fee for all of my troubles. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a look at my ticket which can verify the above Appreciate your time and urgency in looking into this matter. Beeyond Group National Canadian Partner of Brinks Home Canada I have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with what in my opinion is the worst security provider in Canada, Beeyond Group. I thought because of the Brinks brand name that Beeyond group would be a good choice to provide a security system and monitoring services for my acreage - I could have been more wrong. This train wreck of an experience for me started right after I signed a 3 year contract. The Beeyond Group installation team missed several appointments with no notice to me when I had taken time off work to be present for the installation. Days of fighting with Beeyond Security over the phone resulted in an installer finally arriving at my home. This is when the real fun began. I don't think this installer had ever installed a Brinks security system. He couldn't connect the cameras, had to borrow my tools, and left without completing my installation after12 hours of torturing me and my family. He said he couldn't come back the next day to complete the installation because he had other installations to work on??!! Days and days go by with more fighting with Beyond Group on the phone and eventually the same installer shows back up at my home. He eventually gets the cameras installed but they aren't positioned correctly to cover my whole property as planned. I could have told him were to install the cameras to get the proper views but I was relying on someone I thought was a professional to take care to this basic step in setting up a security system. Now I'm moving to a new home and Beeyond Group is saying it will cost $750.00 to move my equipment and install it at my new home. That's right folks $750.00??!! I'm on a 3 year contract paying $89.24/month and they want $750.00 o move my service to my new home - $350.00 of that $750.00 Beeyond Group says is for travel expense. Wow, I'm in the wrong business if I could get $350.00 to drive 30 minutes to my customer location. I have tried working with Beeyond Group to resolve this matter but, in my opinion, they don't care about customer service, don't provide a quality product, are difficult to deal with, and are gouging customers. I will be cancelling my 'lack of service' with Beeyond Group as soon as my 3 year contract has ended. If you're looking for a quality home security system with competent support and reasonable fees it's my opinion that you should avoid Beeyond Group at all costs. read more

I called this company after doing a bit of looking at various companies including ADT. The staff at Beeyond Security really have gone above and beyond to help me with my many, many questions and concerns. The staff were patient,informative and there prices are very competitive. It didn't matter if I wanted repeated changes to my quote or telephone advise regarding anything from installation, product information or anything else. Even after the install, when I had questions, they were very responsive and helped me with post setup information and adjustment of my system to meet my needs. I came across Beeyond Security at the Toronto Fall Home Show in September, 2017. I was very interested in their presentation on home security and automation. I decided to take their brochures and information to talk it over with my wife and compare products/prices with competitors. I found that although their prices were very competitive, what set them apart was their superior hardware. They offered the latest hardware for similar prices to competitors, who were offering much older outdated equipment. They explained all the terms of the contract thoroughly and once I was comfortable with all the terms, I decided to sign and move forward. The installation was very smooth and they have great customer service for when I had questions regarding my system. We have been using the security system for a couple months now and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend this company whether you are looking for a simple security system, or looking to turn your house into a futuristic smart home. read more
