Every single time, someone from LST would call me a couple seconds later to check in on me. Recently, LST called me again to tell me that I was due for a battery change. Funny thing is, I actually saw a light on my keypad the day before and was wondering what it was. The girl on the phone says that's the system's way of telling me that the battery is low. They sent someone to change the battery, and the light went away. My family and I have used different alarm companies in the past, but the way LST looks out for you is a cut above the rest. I've been with them for almost 2 years now and it's been great!

I was told that the battery should last for a few years and opening and closing the doors with sensors wear out the batteries. This is understandable but i still feel like scammed somehow. Better value than Canadian Tire, which charges about $6~ flat per key. It doesn't matter if it's a mailbox or door key. I also remember the man working the counter was really nice. I've gotten a few more keys done over the year, and sometimes, I had to resort to Canadian Tire or Walmart even if I don't quite want to. Why? The only issue is they open only on weekdays and close quite early on weekdays, so I don't make it there on time.
