Within 10 minutes of my email query, I was in regular email contact with Dimitar from Locksmith Care. He answered all my questions and several emails promptly, gave a great quote (including new deadbolt) quickly, and could fit me in within 48 hours! He arrived within the 8-8:30 a.m. predicted window this morning. Within half an hour he had removed our 25-year old deadbolt, drilled a new hole for the new bolt, gave me a choice of several reasonably priced Schlages, installed the new deadbolt, cut three extra keys for me, calculated our invoice and was equipped for me to pay the extremely reasonable bill by debit. My online request was responded to promptly and it was easy to schedule a time. The locksmith even arrived a few minutes early. Very professional and knowledgeable. He warned me one of the locks I wanted rekeyed wouldn't be secure and should be replaced instead. The entire process to rekey 3 locks, change 1 lock and make 4 copies was under 40 minutes. I saw the great reviews and gave Dimitri a call. It was a simple job and he gave me the cost over the phone and said he would be here in a half hour. He arrived when he said he would and took out the old cylinder and said he would be 15 minutes retooling it and making the new keys. He was 15 minutes.
