I feel the sales process was not transparent. The quote I received did not accurately reflect what I had requested, and after I signed, I was told it was my responsibility for not catching the discrepancy in the contract. While I understand the importance of reading a contract carefully, I also believe customers should be able to rely on the salesperson's explanation matching what is actually being sold. Shane and his team came and installed pot lights in one room and a ceiling light in the other bed room that they sourced and brought over. And we can't tell that anything was done Becuase the walls where they cut the holes for installation is clean sealed and painted for us.
