We are with ADT / Telus and tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to get them to come out. We finally got an appointment and work order set up. Telus / ADT never showed up! As we were going away on vacation, we needed this to be done ASAP. I left a message for Jay and Jay Business Services on Yelp to which they responded very quickly. They were out the next day and got the job done! Great guys! Very efficient and reasonable!!! We will be replacing some of our security cameras with them. Very knowledgeable with Security Systems.
