After multiple surgeries and hospital stays, my ability to help around the house has been severely…read morediminished for a few months. So for Xmas I got my wife 6 months of cleaning service from No More Chores as she is running everything by herself and could really use the help. After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time. On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here. I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly." Very impressive. These guys are pricey but worth it, folks.

I don't understand how they need 6 hours for that. They called me at the end of their time slot to let me know that they needed two more hours. I was in a meeting and missed their calls (all within 10 minutes of each other). When I followed up with them about it, they sent me "before" photos of my kitchen covered in dirt. The dirt was not from me, the cleaners knocked over my plants and covered the kitchen in soil and tried to say that was the "before". I asked them if they could come back to finish the job and they said " at this moment the cleaners are already at another unit and we are fully booked. Therefore, we are not able to send someone back to your unit at this time." not offering any other dates or times to come finish the job. I know they're gonna reply and say the kitchen dirt wasn't why they needed more time and that they actually stayed another 13 minutes (debatable) but ultimately a really negative experience. Definitely pre-deep-clean your condo for their cleaning to take the quoted amount and sit by your phone the whole several hour period because you can't miss their call when they inevitably hit you up for more money.
