I don't usually write reviews but this company really went out of their way to take care of us…read more We've accidentally set off the alarm a couple times before, took me about half a minute to turn it off. Every single time, someone from LST would call me a couple seconds later to check in on me. Recently, LST called me again to tell me that I was due for a battery change. Funny thing is, I actually saw a light on my keypad the day before and was wondering what it was. The girl on the phone says that's the system's way of telling me that the battery is low. They sent someone to change the battery, and the light went away. My family and I have used different alarm companies in the past, but the way LST looks out for you is a cut above the rest. I've been with them for almost 2 years now and it's been great!

The cost of the main unit battery is major, the batteries on sensors are just AAs. Not remembering being told during installation. The technician was in my house for 15 minutes ish.

They promised to correct the billing every time I contacted Beanfield, but they seemed like incapable to solve the problem. I was frustrated and cancelled Beanfield service though their pricing was so attractive. After the cancellation, they kept sending me new invoices showing I owed them money. After I told them I would complain about their messy billing to CCTS, they promised to refund my overpaid money. But as you would guess, no, they didn't do the refund. I will see if they keep sending me new invoices asking for my payment.

When I returned to work the next morning, the telephone guys were already there. One of the guys spent an hour with me reviewing the many new features of the telephones and teaching me how the features can be used to properly manage the many telephone calls I handle on a daily basis as a receptionist. I can now see if anyone in the company is on the telephone from my computer and I can call anyone in the company using their extension number which goes to their cell phone if they are away from their desk. The new telephones have made many lives easier at my company. I recommend S.E. Telecommunications for your telephone needs.
