AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK…read more We shipped an antique clock - that survived 2 bombings by the Nazis in WW2 - that the UPS team, wrapped and packed so we could have insurance. It was shipped to the US - who after a few months - agreed that it was packed poorly - casing the clock to be damaged in shipping - but it was not their (UPS Global's) issue - so back to Daisy at store 138 - who simply said - can't find your records - and then stopped communicating. SO we paid for packing - shipping and insurance - and got a damaged antique clock and no help with claiming insurance. Just basic fraud on all fronts at UPS - will have to see if UPS Canada can help. What the store said....they could not even tell me how to collect a claim on the insurance we bought... I'm sorry reply you so late. And sorry again that we can do nothing about this package.
