The phone made it to Detroit and looked like it arrived, was released and then recalled "for inspection". After calls every week to UPS including the customs half of the building, they finally admitted after 5 weeks that it was stolen. I kept asking them to open a file to find it, but they just kept closing the file. I've called the Toronto location many times but they have not been able to help. To add insult to injury, they didn't even return the shipping cost. I lost over $1000.00 and there is no one that cares. I contacted 2 police departments but that was useless as well. Apparently they told me that January is a bad month for theft in the warehouse in Detroit. If you were given or bought this phone...it was stolen!!!.
