The service I received at this location was amazing. I was so happy with Faraz. I had to print, sign and scan a document and he helped me do it very quickly. I ended up having to return shortly after to get it scanned again to a different size so I could quickly upload the document and he did it very fast. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR COMPANY! I needed a package shipped to me so my father went to them and asked what to pack it in. They said a uhaul box was fine. So he went and bought a uhaul box, gorilla tape, bags of foam peanuts, and bubble wrap. He packed everything, adding a thick yoga mat I also wanted at the top for a few inches of padding AFTER all the stuff he already used. He went back to the store and they offered him extra insurance so he agreed. The package was shipped and I received it with a large hole on the side. My computers were damaged and the contents were roughed up. It looked like packing fell out the hole and lead to my computer being smashed. This location then claimed it was the shippers fault as he should have had the UPS worker pack it all, even though that was not explained or offered (otherwise my father wouldn't have paid for the extra coverage without fixing the packaging!). So now my stuff doesn't work and apparently it's my dad's fault and UPS just gets away with this crap. WILL NEVER USE, NEVER RECOMMEND, AND WILL DETER ANYBODY I CAN AWAY FROM THEM. read more

I opened the door to this location and was offended immediately by the powerful body odour smell coming off one of the employees. The 5 minute wait felt like an hour and although I did leave with my package, the lingering nausea wasn't worth the wait. Get your package sent to another UPS store!!! read more

Three times I've purchased from businesses that use UPS for delivery and all three times UPS claimed that the address is incorrect and have my package floating back and forth from Concord to Oshawa. They lie that I'm not home when they try to deliver, when in fact there is always someone at home when I expect a delivery. I track packages by computer and never leave my apartment when a delivery is expected. They lie that the address is incorrect and when I call they expect me to pick it up. Well I'm an old person without transportation, this is why I shop online and have my stuff delivered. The person who is in charge at Ritson Road North is rude, talks over me on the phone, lies to me and tries to brush me off. Canada Post delivers to me without screwing up. Purolator delivers to me without problems. I've even had an order from China shipped through DHL and had no problem. Check what shipping company your online business uses before buying. UPS is unreliable especially if you live in North Oshawa. They are incompetent, unreliable and liars. read more
