If you're mall hopping the GO bus is definitely a better way to travel between the two malls. It costs more than taking a TTC bus (GO bus fare is $5.30 and TTC is $3.25) but the bus is considerably more comfortable with large cushioned seats that face the front like in a fancy tour bus. It is also much quieter (especially during the weekdays) since the crowd is older without kids (the bus isn't made to accommodate large, bulky strollers or walkers). There is only one stop in between (York Mills) and you don't have to transfer to another bus. So if you're willing to pay a little more for a peaceful, comfortable, quick ride then you'll definitely want to take the GO bus. At the Scarborough Towne Centre the station is right across from the TTC station in front of the mall entrance. There's self service kiosks where you can purchase your tickets but be warned that that the machines are a little slow so get there a little early. The machines take credit debit and cash (bills $20 and lower). At Yorkdale Shopping Centre the station entrance is next to Tim Hortons: there are kiosks as well as ticket booths with real people. 1-888-GET-ON-GO

They were friendly during the booking processes and promised me a full refund if I was not satisfied. This was one reason we selected them as we were impressed with their confidence in their level of service. The limo windshield was cracked all across from end to end in multiple places and all the windows were dirty. When I asked about the windshield I was told by the driver that this was the only limo available (I was later told by management on the way to pick us up a stone hit the windshield, so which is it?). The AC was also not working properly and although we asked multiple times for it to be adjusted it was not so we were left sweltering in the heat for hours. Lastly the driver would often leave and be unreachable by phone while we waited for him. All in all it was one of the worst experiences I've had with a transport service. To add insult to injury, when I complained it took multiple calls/emails just to get a response (that is if they even respond at all!). Overall I was very disappointed in not only the service on that day but also their customer service, particularly after they promised a full refund initially. Be forewarned, you likely won't get what you paid for!

After giving me all the information on where to pick up the car if I did come after hours she assured me it would be left out for the weekend. I am here now, having got a ride with a friend who I now owe big time, and the car was not left out. The security guy doesn't have access to it. I called the Vancouver office like the voicemail service asked me to if I needed help. They said they would try to contact someone here to get the car and call me back. Well it's been 45 minutes no call back, and better yet they now closed the office so I can't call that one either. Now I'm stuck here with nobody to call or help me get my car after driving for 2 hours to get here. This is the worst service I could imagine. It's what they do. Period. Transport vehicles. And now I'm completely out of luck getting it because I'm stuck in exams, and they want to charge me for leaving the car there longer. They really couldn't get much worse. Of course if there had have been an offer to repay me for my travel, or shipped the car right to me (as they should have after all the effort I went to to get it), or in some way make it up to me in discounts I wouldn't have felt so stolen from. I will change the review if they make it up to me as is only fair, as they should for any customer they put through so much hassle and expense, but until then this is how I feel about their service. UPDATE: The person that forget to set out my keys contacted me the next day (Saturday) via email (they should have phoned me because contacting me would me more certain as they were only in the office for a short time). In any case they came in and set the car out so I did get it the next day on the weekend. While I can't forgive them for forgetting to leave my car out, I can be impressed in every other aspect of their service. I still feel like they owe me for the hassle but 4 stars for the effort of coming in.

If you have young children and want them in car seats (which this company says they do for a fee), book elsewhere. I made arrangements with this company to have a taxi with two child seats ready to pick up my family at Pearson a few days ago. Not only did I reserve online and follow up regarding the car seats by email (with a positive reply), I also followed up by calling and speaking to someone. He said that yes they have a driver with two car seats and no I don't have to do anything else to confirm the reservation. Sigh of relief. When my family got to the airport, there was no taxi under our name. When we called the company again he said there were no cars with carseats available. What?? My two young children and the rest of my family were stranded at the airport, with no cabs with carseats to be found. When I followed up with them the next day, no answer and no reply to my email. I personally will never use this company again on principle, even if I'm travelling alone. Anyone travelling with children should avoid them - it feels like you've found a solution only to end up with a massive hassle at the end of an already long day.
