I didn't have a lot of stuff to move and I knew it would not take long to go from my house to the storage unit. I was quoted $615 for 2 hours and 45 minutes. The whole moving experience took 55 minutes. The company is refusing to give me back some money stating that I was charged a 4 hour minimum because that is what I signed up for. I was misled by them. They called me ahead of time to ask if they can deliver earlier than schedule and they were simply super respectful and cheery on the phone - which is the kind of calls you want to get early morning :-). It's not very frequent that you come across people delivering products who seem to enjoy what they do. They delivered a sectional sofa and they were very careful to navigate the pieces to ensure they don't damage anything. They asked politely if they can wash their hands as they rather not dirty the sofa. I think their names are Tim and Lucas if I remember correctly. The floating shelves in the washroom were hung flimsy and became unsafe- the nails popped out within a couple of weeks. The shelves are decorative with no weight on them at all. I called the company back and asked for a follow up visit. When Arthur came the second time, I showed him that the nails were easily coming out of the walls in all three shelves. His reply was that this was fine and as long as there is no weight on the them, the nails will hold the shelves on the wall. I informed him that since this was the children's washroom, I was concerned that the shelves will fall and injure one of them. With that, Arthur immediately rehung the shelves with sturdy and safe hardware. Overall, I found the service unfriendly and expensive for the lack of quality it offers.

It took me a bit of effort to get a written quote, but overall David and Kharis were very easy to work with. I supplied furniture pads and a dolly, and I packed all my own boxes. I needed the movers to stretch-wrap the furniture and load the van. The movers Chansa and Danny called to let me know they would be a few minutes late for the 9am start time because of traffic, which was considerate. They loaded everything expertly in under 2 hours and even accommodated my request to keep the rear view mirror unobstructed (yes I know you use only the side mirrors to drive, but it was only my 2nd time driving a cargo van and I was antsy). The goods were packed securely through the long 6-hour drive, no damage at all. The guys were professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely hire them again.

My previous apartment was on the second floor with very steep outdoor staircase and the place I moved to is a corner unit with a bit of a walk from the elevator. I was already prepared to pay extra time but they managed to pull everything off, including the pick up, in exactly 3 hours.
