They showed up on time for inspection, gave me a clear breakdown of the expenses that I could decide with knowledge. It is admirable that they are dedicated to reasonable prices without sacrificing quality. The job was done with incredible attention to details, craftsmanship was remarkable, including the whole fully clean up on the site. We are very pleased with our new roof and eaves.  It is worth mentioning that the team lead Kevin was very patient with all my questions, responding knowledgeable and outstandingly in a way that I can understand. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Given his stellar 5-star reviews we felt comfortable hiring F1. His quote was reasonable and though he wasn't available to come immediately, only a few days later. We originally agreed for him to visit on Friday but somehow he or his bro made a mistake and visited on Thursday, when no one was home at that time he came. He did come back on Friday at our scheduled time and fix the issue with the electric power snake. I wasn't present when he did it but someone else was in my place. He also didn't send a follow up text to tell me it's fixed, diagnoses, photos or how to prevent it. But at the same time, he's also patient and didn't ask me to pay until I prompted him several hours later asking about the status of the job. I suppose he's a busy man! Communication could be better, just keep in mind you may have to prompt him again to get your receipt later. What's important is that it's fixed and working properly.

Austin and his team completely transformed our backyard and we couldn't be happier…read more We had grading and drainage issues due to a large swale running through the property, and they designed a New England river rock system that works beautifully while looking like a natural creek bed. They also built up the space with rustic wall block and created a corner seating area around the fire feature that feels intentional and cozy. The 6-ft privacy fence and string lighting were the perfect finishing touches. The space now feels like a true extension of our home. Professional, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend if you want something done right. Bonus points: he was patient with our "site supervisor" (our dog Ollie), who insisted on overseeing the entire project.
