They didn't have the same size as my current floor but it was such a perfect colour match that it didn't matter much to me. The great thing is that I was able to grab samples of the swatches so that I could know for sure which colour I wanted once I got home. Pricing was fair and the quality is nice. It gives a clean, flawless finish to the home and I'm super happy with the results. They have a variety of options and the store is so big that you're bound to find something you like here. I have a condo that has cement flooring underneath and I was told by some that I can only put down engineered flooring that interlocked which made my selection window much much smaller. I asked Chelsea about this and she advised me that although it mostly depends on what my contractor says, she had others use the engineered floors that didn't interlock before with no problems. With this information it gave me a lot more confidence and choices to choose from. I had some wafering back and forth about 2 selections and I wasn't in the country so I contacted Chelsea and she took multiple photos for me with the samples in sunlight so i could see to make my final decision. Communication was flawless and prompt. My floors are beautiful and I love it. I will be back soon with another project. I recommend Oasis and esp Chelsea!

In particular, he wanted me to look at the BSL (hardwood, brand from Quebec) to get an idea of colour. I was greeted and helped by Georgia who spent a fair deal of time showing me the section, providing me with prices, etc. Instead of the hardwood, I spotted some cork that I'm interested in using instead due to its properties. Cork was probably half of what the cost of the hardwood was at this store. (In comparison to another store which was about the same price as the hardwood.) Due to contractor pricing, *fingers crossed*, I don't think that I'll be personally doing the purchasing, but based on the customer service alone, I'm comfortable if I were to do a purchase in the future!

I picked this place based on the good reviews on google map. It's great that some people have had…read moregood experiences with them but mine was different: Our project was to remove water-damaged flooring and install new double-glued down hardwood in a two-bedroom condo apartment. The contractor they sent to complete the job was horrible. The final flooring that he rushed to deliver has so many bumps, gaps and glue marks everywhere. Of course, I contacted the company to see if the fix them. The owner, Aftab, showed up at our apartment himself. At first, he denied the bumps and glue marks but then agreed to fix one bump only. He left a glue remover and filler for us to remove glue marks and fill the gaps ourselves (how professional!) The area that they fixed became even worse than before. They visited two more times but couldn't make it any better. The last contractor told me that the first installer haven't done a good job leveling the concrete under. As a matter of fact, he had used a scraper to remove the old flooring and damaged the concrete and instead of using a self-lever before installing new flooring, he used cement to patch the damaged spots. Anyhow, we never paid the remaining 10% set aside for satisfaction but the damage to our apartment is well beyond that. We need to re-do the whole thing. I'm going to follow up the case in Ontario's small claim court and I know it is going to take a lot of my time but that's the path I have chosen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them, if you can. Or if you want to work with them, ask them to show you our apartment on Bayview and Sheppard (St. Gabriel Village buildings). I came across Codona Flooring while searching for floor suppliers and decided to give it a try. I…read moredid not know I needed an appointment but once I got inside Milos said it was fine and allowed me to look around. He also gave some advice which I appreciated. I took pictures of the two floors and said I'll let them know. From this point on for some reason, I can no longer reach Milos but only Oliver, which to be honest I didn't care so much so long as we could get the work done. At first it was alright, we had a few text exchanges and decided to move on with ordering some flooring from them and asking them to do the installation. Then it went downhill from there as Oliver was not very responsive to my messages and took him a while to give me the WSIB and Liability Insurance. Anyhow we managed to get through. Then came the day(s) of installation. Oliver first told me he would bring 3~4 guys and finish the job in a day, but he showed up later (late too) with only one more guy and the job did not finish in that day. Then about one or two weeks later he finally was able to come and finish the job. Overall it was good and I appreciated his and his coworkers' hardwork, but the smaller details were certainly lacking. As seen in the uploaded photos the little gaps between the floor planks and between the floor and window frame Oliver never came and fixed; there was also a few other places that the baseboards were missing. The job was "done" in about March, now it is almost June. It was a misfortune that throughout April I caught COVID, and Oliver ( and his girlfriend) was not feeling well. I've got to be honest here and say that it felt as if Oliver did not want to come anymore, that he was making up excuses, because I was always the one making calls and asking him to schedule, only once did he call me and told me his availability on certain days. Finally we decided on a date but he said he did not bring his material so he will not show up. To me that is just unprofessional that you just don't show up, I'd rather you show up late because at that point I've pretty much expected him to show up late anyway. Then later we booked for another date and he just never showed up at all. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Another confession though, I certainly should not have paid the full amount, knowing that there were problems he needed to fix. But aside from this issue it conveys to me the unprofessionalism and lack of workmanship / responsibility in Oliver. Codona Flooring may or may not be a good floor installer and supplier based on Google Reviews (4.9 Stars, wow, I wish I had that kind of service), but I could certainly say that Oliver did not match up to this 5 star standard. Oliver, if you are reading this, I want to let you know that you win, that you've successfully tired me out and I no longer wish to deal with you and your delays. To gents and ladies if you were to use Codona Flooring, from my POV I suggest finding Milos or somebody else in Codona Flooring (to avoid Oliver), or find a different contractor. The floor collection was nice, but not the service. Edit: Got a call from Oliver on Saturday May 22nd who told me he could come by that day. Came on Sunday instead due to the thunderstorm and power outage. and he fixed the floor and covered the gaps for me. Thank you for coming by and finishing up the job.

So we said YES! We chose March Breeze. My husband and I love our new flooring. The flooring guys were prompt each morning and tidied up each evening. It only took them 3 days to level out all our floors (this was a huge job, more than anyone expected ie. living in a condo) before putting down the new flooring. They also moved all the furniture for us prior to the work done and after. They were amazing and kept me informed daily since we did not stay at the condo so they could do what needed to be done.
