After that, they completely stopped communicating. I called multiple times, around 40 times during November and December and never got a straight answer. At one point, they claimed their machine broke, and my rug "might" have been taken somewhere else--but they still couldn't tell me where my rug actually was. I have a photo of the pickup of my rug. When I finally went to the store, instead of returning my rug, they tried to charge me $200 for a replacement, then dropped it to $100. I paid it even though I shouldn't have--because I felt pressured and taken advantage of. The rug they gave me was of garbage quality, it's completely rubbed out and flattened where your feet go. Within three months, it was completely flattened, unlike my original IKEA rug, which lasted over five years. They refused to replace it with anything comparable and took no responsibility for losing my rug. This company shows no professionalism, no integrity, and no accountability. My high-quality rug is gone, and I was left with a worthless replacement and extra costs. Avoid this business at all costs.

I was told that it would take two days, and that was fine, but she called within a couple of hours to say that it was ready for pickup. That's customer service! Also I did not have to pay in full up front, she took a deposit of my choosing. Great experience.
