Found them at random (I think their Yelp add got my attention) and called the number. Haneef who is in charge called me back within a few minutes and accommodated my work schedule to set up a free visit to quote on the work. Once in my house he looked at the wallpaper, flooring and colour scheme and went back to his vehicle to bring some carpet samples that matched our decor. I much preferred this than having to go through the hundreds of options, Haneef has experience and taste and it was easier to choose from a small sample set than from a giant book. When he quoted the price I was happy, it was fair so I didn't negotiate. They promised 14 day turn around and within 5 days the carpet was fabricated and they called to schedule a Saturday morning install. The installers arrived on schedule, got to work quickly, and were done in an hour and a half. The stairs look great and the workmanship was excellent. I am a stickler for details and they really did a good job. The guys doing the work were polite and professional, and they cleaned up before taking off. I'm pretty happy. I love it when this sort of thing is easy and it was. Thanks Maple and Haneef, if I have another carpet need or set of stairs I will get in touch again.

They didn't have the same size as my current floor but it was such a perfect colour match that it didn't matter much to me. The great thing is that I was able to grab samples of the swatches so that I could know for sure which colour I wanted once I got home. Pricing was fair and the quality is nice. It gives a clean, flawless finish to the home and I'm super happy with the results. They have a variety of options and the store is so big that you're bound to find something you like here. Highly recommend if you're looking for some new floors!

I have a condo that has cement flooring underneath and I was told by some that I can only put down engineered flooring that interlocked which made my selection window much much smaller. I asked Chelsea about this and she advised me that although it mostly depends on what my contractor says, she had others use the engineered floors that didn't interlock before with no problems. With this information it gave me a lot more confidence and choices to choose from. I had some wafering back and forth about 2 selections and I wasn't in the country so I contacted Chelsea and she took multiple photos for me with the samples in sunlight so i could see to make my final decision. Communication was flawless and prompt. My floors are beautiful and I love it. I will be back soon with another project. I recommend Oasis and esp Chelsea!

Memories of Soho My Beautiful Flooring - I am very sad to be writing this review of…read moreKhayeri/European Flooring. Four years ago, I decided to replace the laminate flooring in my condo with something easy care but beautiful. I chose Memories of Soho (luxury vinyl) offered and had it installed in the fall of 2020. The floor did indeed look lovely. At first. Imagine my distress when, after less than a year, the joins in several areas started lifting. I am not talking about movement but actual lifting at the joins and plank damage. I called Dean (Wasam, the original salesperson had moved on). He and Kerwin made a site visit. They claimed never to have seen this issue before and determined that the fault lay with my installer. Their click system was infallible if installed properly. They agreed to assume some of the costs for the damage and, after spending several thousand dollars more, about 40% of my flooring was replaced by a certified Khayeri/European Flooring installer. I was assured that now my problems would be over. And the floors did again look great. For a year. Then the same thing happened. Again, I called and Dean (He left the company shorty after) and then Kerwin visited again. Kerwin used a bottle of glue and made some improvements but the damage to the planks is permanent, and the floor is no longer beautiful and never will be. Inga (Dean's replacement) explained that this time the problem was low humidity. I got a long explanation about how to use humidifiers and dehumidifiers and was reminded of the terms of the lifetime warranty. If I want the floor repaired, I'll have to pay. Again. By the way, I have owned two houses and this condo for 12 years before I purchased this flooring and have never had a problem with flooring before. This is very sensitive flooring. So--buyer beware. If your home is ever too humid, or too dry or ...you may very well have problems every few months. Call the company immediately and Kerwin can glue things down before there is too much damage. Good luck. Me? I am not prepared to pay a few thousand dollars every other year, so I am now saving that money to buy a better floor from a better company. Tove F

The second floor landing with a railing was the trickiest part, but it looks great with the new floor now perfectly under the railing as does the rest of the 1200 sqft of flooring. Aspen Wood Flooring, Customer review: 505 Queensway East, Mississauga…read more How do we write a referral to describe the most incredible company? It is easy, Aspen Wood Floors went beyond the star rating system. To begin with, we were completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service; their attention to detail is second to none. When we entered their showroom, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. In the showroom were greeted by a representative. We handed him a piece of Red Oak Hardwood from a previous installation. He matched our sample to the new version of Red Oak Hardwood. It was an excellent match. The estimator came to our home; measured accurately and made a few recommendations regarding the installation process. What amazed us the most was their pricing; it was fair and transparent. Each detail was outlined with the associated value for money. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The Red Oak Hardwood boards were perfect, both in colour and shape. They delivered long flooring boards in each box, not a collection of shorth boards. They satisfied all our needs. We highly recommend this business. Their efficiency, punctuality, sales staff, product knowledge are the hallmarks of Aspen Wood. Thank you, Leonard and Ann
