If you shop here, you have good taste! ha ha…read more Unique and cute shop that carries unique and cute rugs. Prices are not for el cheapo though, but neither is the quality. Unless money is no object, I don't think you can really just buy these rugs based on an IG-pic. Instead, you should really just shop in-person as you have to experience how these things feel in your hand and, more importantly, under your feet! Unless the rugs are hung on the wall, patterns/colours are a bit difficult to see. However, owner seemed really personable and can help you out! It would DEFINITELY help if you have an idea of the size before you trek out there tho. If you appreciate handmade, unique rugs and are willing to invest, check this Mellah out!

I then contacted Zilli and explained the situation. They took the time to listen and arranged a phone call with Deco Rest on my behalf. As a result, Deco Rest provided me with an RMA number and told me to bring the sofa to the factory -- and they would fix it for free. I was honestly impressed. Zilli went above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn't a paying customer. Because of this outstanding service, my next sofa purchase will definitely be with Zilli. Great service -- thank you!

A truly outstanding customer service experience…read more I had wanted to replace my sofa, and was willing to invest in something custom. It was a mixed bag of experiences visiting other local furniture and design stores, and it was almost on a whim I gave Kendall & Co., a call -- I'm so glad I did! From that initial phone call, through the consultation, the ordering, and the delivery, every aspect of this journey was top-notch (even given the challenges of supply chain issues these days). The designer I worked with, Kevin, was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to deal with (as was every member of their team throughout the process). And every step of the way I was increasingly confident I had made the right decision in trusting them with the design and creation of my new couch. The couch was delivered today and it has exceeded every expectation I had. Kendall & Co., will be my first recommendation to friends and family (and even random strangers) when they ask where they should go to check out great interior decor and furniture.

WARNING: Do Not Trust KB Rugs…read more I strongly advise anyone considering KB Rugs to stay away. They picked up my rug last November with no receipt, no documentation, nothing. After that, they completely stopped communicating. I called multiple times, around 40 times during November and December and never got a straight answer. At one point, they claimed their machine broke, and my rug "might" have been taken somewhere else--but they still couldn't tell me where my rug actually was. I have a photo of the pickup of my rug. When I finally went to the store, instead of returning my rug, they tried to charge me $200 for a replacement, then dropped it to $100. I paid it even though I shouldn't have--because I felt pressured and taken advantage of. The rug they gave me was of garbage quality, it's completely rubbed out and flattened where your feet go. Within three months, it was completely flattened, unlike my original IKEA rug, which lasted over five years. They refused to replace it with anything comparable and took no responsibility for losing my rug. This company shows no professionalism, no integrity, and no accountability. My high-quality rug is gone, and I was left with a worthless replacement and extra costs. Avoid this business at all costs.

Horrible customer service would best describe this furniture showroom. I wrote a review based on my…read morecustomer service experience approximately 1.5 weeks ago on IG for this organization. It turns out the company blocked me from their social website for indicating discrimination under the Ontario Human Rights Act. They discriminate potential customers based on age and status. They discriminate potential customers wearing COVID-19 masks and follow the customer in and around their showroom without acknowledging their presence. They dismiss potential customer inquiries all together and do not conduct the necessary follow ups as indicated by the customer. I visited their showroom at the end of 2023 requesting for a writing desk with specific dimensions. As a result, the associate or owner I conversed with insisted he would follow up regularly. All communication ties were cut after my initial visit and made a conscientious effort to stay in touch with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO THE COMMON CUSTOMER. CLEARLY, THEY DESIRE SPECIFIC CUSTOMERS SUCH AS INTERIOR DESIGNERS AND THEIR CLIENTELE.
