Thank you, Rizmi and "I Love My Stairs" team for changing the look of my house with the most beautiful , gorgeous and sophisticated carpet you installed in my house 3 days ago. I chose a Ridicci's carpet from the samples that Rizmi brought with him and fell in love with the look and the quality of the 100% pure wool carpet .
Rizmi and his team made any effort to achieve the look I desired for. Very professional and detailed oriented as well as polite and respectful, loves his business and cares for his clients. From the beginning of the process to its final outcome he kept me fully informed of the progress by calls, mails and text messages. Always on time and on schedule.
I highly recommend Rizmi and "I love my stairs" to anyone who considers new carpets or a change.
I am having a big smile on my face looking at my house's new look!
