I advised the cashier there's poop on the floor. 10 minutes passed, it was still on the floor. I advised another staff member who rudely responded to me and said "I know I know, we've already been told" then turned her back to me. I told her I'm trying to be nice and helping them avoid avoid a situation where people would step on it. She responded and was rude about it again. I asked to speak with a manager I was told the manager is on break. I walked away. Another 5 minutes passed same girl and the assistant manager proceeded to clean the poop. As they walked by I said "it's about time somebody attended to it." The assistant manager rudely responded, we didn't know and was very confrontational. I said I reported twice, how do you not know. I asked to speak to a manager above her, I was then told that there is no manager on duty. I left and called the store (905) 850-8131, the assistant manager answered. I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that no manager tonight and for the rest of the weekend. After a few words back and forth she hung up on me, accused me of being rude to her and her staff. I called back again, she was rude and she hung up again. Not very good customer service at all after trying to help them prevent customers from stepping on dog poop. I'll be reporting this to Corporate office.

Within a few minutes, they walked me through the different Weber grills, explained the advantages of the different types, and we decided that I didn't need the most expensive one. In fact, I could save a few hundred dollars by buying a much cheaper version. And, so I did. I asked how much it would cost to ship it, and how much it would cost to have it assembled. They told me that they did it all for free. Checking a few competitor prices to see if they just folded those costs into the price of the BBQ I was astonished to discover that, no, they did not! This was a free assembly and delivery. That right there is a two hundred dollar value, at the best of times! So now, a few weeks later, I'm BBQing chickens like a king, looking forward to tasty treats all summer long, and I know exactly where I'll go when I need anything else in the future!

I've bought really cheap unused vintage wrapping paper and 2B pencils, a huge plastic washing/ bathing tub, new glass and wood storage canisters made in France (for an incredible deal), and a kitsch stationery holder shaped like a lion for a friend's birthday. You will find fantastic deals here on great-quality stuff - much cheaper than nearby carefully-curated kitchen stores. Because much if not most of the wares here are unused vintage, a lot of them are made in places like Canada/France/Italy and before everything became disposable. The folks that own/run the place are very friendly, and have a sweet old pug that sometimes sleeps behind the counter. They also have a bargain basement that sells dated flatware, dishes, and equipment. If you want to have equipment that looks like church basement, check the basement out.

Not the Dudleys it used to be. I have shopped at this…read morelocation for many decades. The staff used to be wonderful. I went in yesterday with my partner to get some keys cut. While discussing with my partner how many keys we needed. a very rude skinny man with a baseball cap on basically told me to shut up as "he" could only talk with one person at a time. I had to bite my tongue as I wanted to call him out on his rudeness. He took the keys and seemed to be having a hard time creating duplicates for us. Finally he gave us our keys, we paid and left. On getting home, four of the six keys were not cut properly and did not work in their locks. I called the store and guess who answered? Yep, this rude individual who now started interrupting me; Not letting me speak. "Just bring them back. I don't need to hear what your saying. I might not be here anyway". Needless to say I will not be returning to this store ever again.
