Absolutely horrible. Never, ever store your items here…read more On July 29/2025 I incurred over $100 in fees from a truck rental due to the false advertising Access Storage has about 24/7 Access. They fail to advertise that this location is an exception to that rule, and you'd have to look into their specific website apparently to find that out. I also had no notice, despite detailed monthly billing statements, informing me when the promo I signed up on was ending and the sudden doubled bill came as a shock. Please note that if you are even a little late on your bill, they will harass you with emails, texts and constant calls, so it is very reasonable to expect that at least a note of increase would be added to the last promotional bill. I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint in the summer of 2025 after the Manager at this location, Rinkje, refused to do anything in line with any sort of customer service. Now, in February 2026 (6 months later) I finally got in touch with the Senior Manager, Michael Hu, who proceeded to cut me off, yell at me, and tell me there is absolutely no repair they are willing to make for the fees I incurred due to their advertising while blaming me, the consumer, for their mistakes as a company. I have a recording that I will be submitting to news organizations of Michael Hu, a grown man, raising his voice and cutting off a young woman who wanted her concerns addressed after 6 months of no resolution or response. BBB themselves told me they had a hard time getting in touch with this business, but according to Michael Hu, he "tried to contact me right away". They continue to refuse any sort of resolution.

I try and do it. all related extro jobs I faced like accepting delivery, locker's key etc. are solved by manager Ms, Josephite by phone conversation and email communication. She arranged acceptance delivery for free, and mailed key to my location in Vancouver accordingly. I feel safe about it.no worry to make space to store in a different ON state. and fulfill my first navigation with them. Nothing bad, Nothing worry. This time, I also need available service, and know well about their improvement by instant online-chat to answer all my questions. and a pleasure thing to do is earn $ 25 credit in my account by writing such review from my deep heart. Because I will satisfy my own customer overseas for my service in Canada, a different country. Good, Better goes towards in half a year! Thanks.

Two men and a truck did our move in early March - moved within Newmarket. We received a quote…read morewithout a site visit, which was our first hint that it was not going to go well. The short version is there were numerous problems with the move; from numerous boxes being moved to the wrong rooms (despite being properly labelled), some items not being moved at all (resulting in us having to rent a truck the next day to complete the job ourselves), to a new items being damaged (armoire and couch). In addition, the move was bigger than the quote, so we received a bill that was $750 more than the quote. This is on top of a very generous tip we gave the crew before we were aware of the issues. We called 3 weeks later to report these and was told someone would get back to us. Nobody called back, so we called again and spoke to a gentleman (I believe Stewart) who has no interest in doing much to make it right, other than fix the items that we had already repaired ourselves. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More disappointed in the service after the fact than the actual move. Stewart spent the entirety of our call interrupting me to defend why he wasn't prepared to make it right.

As well that same mover wouldn't listen to anything we said about where things should be placed, and then would drop it wherever he felt like and walk away. He was bitching about his own co-workers and also at my family. Overall, this experience was absolutely terrible and my family and I were so beyond disappointed about how they treated us and there lack of respect.

The initial interaction was a bit off when I inquired about prices. It seems like every few days they gave me a different price. Then they ignored me for a bit in my email exchange initially. I'm not sure why or whether it's their emails servers not receiving my email follow ups. I questioned the price fluctuations and their reasoning is that the system updates the price based on how many storage lockers are available at that given size. So a smaller locker could be priced more expensive than my current larger locker just because it's the last one left and it's on the first floor while my larger one is on the 2nd. I mean it doesn't make sense to me but at the end I found a locker that was cheaper than when I was first quoted and I'm glad I got a bigger locker. Keep in mind there is no light in the storage locker so I bought a little portable headlight that I leave in the locker. The female staff I spoke to was quite helpful and friendly after I confirmed renting them. The management tells their staff to ask people to leave reviews on Google, which means the reviews are not all organic over there. I gave it some time now that it's almost a year, I think I can give a fair assessment. In the winter months the main door that's closest to my locker / closest to the entry gate is sometimes frozen shut. But there are other doors along the side of the building where you can enter from so it's not a concern. In terms of security, you have to key in to get into the gate and also into the building. I haven't had any issues with break-ins so far. I have my locker on the second floor but it isn't too bad. They have storage elevators to allow you to move your stuff up and down. I think out of a dozen or so times, i've been there over a year, I only ran into one time where the storage elevator didn't work and I had to carry my stuff up the stairs. Another one time there was someone using the storage elevator while I was trying to move stuff in. They have a moving cart near the elevator too in case you need to move a lot of things at a time.

Our initial experience was very pleasant when we inquired about climate control. We were told in…read morethe summer months their facilities have climate control, therefore, my belongings will NOT grow mould from the HUMIDITY! I specifically asked about the summer months, as a friend of mine used a different company last summer and had to throw out all of her furniture and clothes that were stored for three months. Seeing that my belongings have been stored since the middle of March when Covid hit, I went back this past weekend to find mould on my sofa and clothes! It was EXTREMELY HOT AND HUMID inside so couldn't stay long. There was mould growing which shows their "climate control" does not help for summer months!! I was told today by one of their managers that climate control only includes heating during winter months. I would NOT RECOMMEND using their facilities during summer months!!! I am a first time customer, and I would never use their company again! I'm extremely disappointed and if I had known about their lack of "climate control", I wouldn't have used this company!!
