Food was food was good. Service was great! Pizza arrived hot and ready to eat. Friendly delivery man. Don't live in this area, just visiting, but would order from Rascal House again if I did. read more

Andre and the staff were super welcoming! You can truly tell they made their pizza with love.

Called in for my pizza was told 45 minutes. Hour rolls past called in they said my card was declined and that they called back but never got a call like they said I did. Never got any credit or anything so I'll never be returning. read more

I gave them 3 stars for delivering to a hotel. The pizza I ordered was supposed to be loaded with veggies and pepperoni. There were 8 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. The crust was so thick that it didn't cook all the way through and when I bit into the thick middle of the slice I found raw dough. It made me a little sick to my stomach. I checked the bottom thinking maybe it was taken out of the oven too soon and I would find that the bottom wasn't browned. Nope. It was browned and cooked. They simply make their pizza too thick so the dough can't cook all the way through. So be warned. My daughter ordered the pretzel stickers and she said they were good. read more

Disgusting customer service. I ordered a pizza and they told me an hour. Over 2 hours later they told me the pizza "disappeared". I called the Rascal House and they answered the phone and said "this B**** keeps calling". I've never experienced customer service like this in my life. read more

Hanging at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland hotel. Great property. Watching the OSU/Penn State game (BOO)...my Buckeyes lost. We were wanting something yummy some pizza and asked the front desk where to order. He presented us with a menu from Rascal's. Med Veggie with garlic dipping sauce and marinara sauce add jalapenos on the pie. We didn't say a word to each other just SCARFED that pizza down. The young man brought the pizza up to Eliot's Bar on the 2nd floor to us $22 that's it. Rounded him up to $30 and bam. It was INCREDIBLE. Crust was perfect, just enough sauce. read more

The amount of togo orders that went out before us dine in costomers was insane. My party of 3 paid 45 dollars and waited a total of an hour for our food. They ended up refunding our order and still gave us our food(after an hour) so i am grateful for that. I enjoyed the food, my family did not. They had plenty of staff and we watched many togo orders go out before us. read more

I've been going to Rascal House for years. I use to work downtown and would frequently order their Veggie Wrap. It is my absolute favorite. I literally crave it. Well, tonight I ordered the veggie wrap and made a 30 minutes round trip to go get it while on my lunch break from my new job (not downtown). I ordered online, order #99203379 on November 4, 2020 and went to pick it up. When I got back, I opened up my order, and it was not a wrap... it was a sub. I do not have time to make the trip back to get what I actually ordered. I can't eat a lot of bread so I was barely able to eat the sub and it didn't taste anywhere near as good as the wrap. Honestly I didn't care for it at all. I'm pretty upset about this and do not plan to return to Rascal House any time in the near future. This was my treat for the week. It's not a cheap wrap, $6.99 and it wasn't even what I ordered. Would give one star if it weren't for the fact that I know the wrap is delicious, but that is not what I was given. -Extremely disappointed read more

Amazing pizza! Just quite a long wait! Super good though in a good location. Conveniently right down town.

my best food experience in Cleveland came from this place. it was super late when we were walking back to the hotel from the agora, and this was the only thing that was open, sadly we came very very close to the time to the closing time, so pizza was not an option (cause of the snow storm they shut the ovens down early?) anyways I opted out for some gyros and man they were fantastic. super fresh toppings and they have a great tzatziki sauce that goes with the sandwich. even though I don't live in Cleveland or the U.S.A. I want to bring this place to Toronto. much love if you are in the area definitely give it a shot. read more

We ordered delivery and it was very unorganised. Although we paid over the phone the driver had no idea because when we called they forgot to charge our card so we stood there for 15 minutes waiting on someone to answer so they could actually charge it. On top of that they did not include any of the sauces we asked for in the bag. Although we were a 5 minute drive away the driver said it would take 30 minutes to get it to us. Not to mention the burger was so over cooked I could barely bite into it. Overall terrible experience. read more

The pizza certainly hit the spot for a late night snack. I appreciated the delivery to our hotel room. The pizza sauce is a little sweeter than I would like but I enjoyed the light crunch of the crust. Definitely absorbed tonight's alcohol consumption. read more

So, I decided to order pizza to be delivered to the CC ER, just as a "thank you" to those keeping us well! I called Rascal House Pizza, I've always loved their pizza! BTW, I can't get it here! Anyway, After a discussion with Tom regarding the ER lock down, and me not knowing anyone to send it to...he said... "Don't worry, I'll figure it out, and I'll get it there". "Don't worry"...two words I haven't heard in a while. We should say that to each other. So, my friends..."don't worry"! Please understand, I don't usually post my good deeds, those are for me alone. It's just that Tom gave me a glimmer of hope!!! He is going to help me gain my Karma, and he will also gain his. read more

I was traveling from Cleveland to Toledo for business purposes with my kids and ordered a pizza for the return home. When I ordered the pizza it said ready in 25 min that was not the case. I did not get it until almost a hour later. While still waiting on pizza I had a fish sandwich that also got cold. The staff was very unknowledgeable about my what was happening with my food. When I finally get the pizza it was cold and burnt. The didn't say anything when the pizza was done I had to ask so that is why it was cold. When I told them my pizza was burnt they had a attitude and said it was because the cook put it through the oven twice. I asked for a return and they made it seem as if I was the problem. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way I was treated. read more

2 stars only because the pizza itself was somewhat decent (those which were made right). Everything else was bad. Garlic bread was not good. Service was mostly horrible. Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas on the phone. Wife was put on hold 3 different times while trying to order, and person on the other end kept insisting 'pepperoni' several times after my wife said we were vegetarian. When we picked up the pizza and brought it back, one of the pizzas had ham on them. So had to bring it back. Refund at least was efficiently handled. We are typically in this area of cleveland once a year, and will for sure avoid this place next time. There's enough pizza on this block that the bad service here, and only semi-decent food, doesn't have to be tolerated. read more

This was the first time we ordered from Rascal House and it was a great choice. The food arrived promptly and it was warm and tasty. I understand several businesses are hurting for lack of help, so we were prepared to receive our lunch later than expected. When I saw the delivery person, I was surprised and thankful. Great work for your team!! read more

I eat here at least once a month. My favorite place to get pizza and a salad. My salad is always cold and fresh. My pizza is always hot with the right amount of grease. Good cheese, good crust, good sauce, just good pizza. Can't wait for my next trip to Cleveland and Rascal House Pizza! read more

Rascal House - A couple slices of pepperoni pizza from my favorite pizza place in Cleveland. - Pizza Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

Very below average. Every time I get food here I regret it. But it's on campus so therefore college students and people who work In the area (that's me ) will here here every once and awhile to change it up. Wings are soggy, pizza is sad, and it's downtown so there's homeless people in here, BE WARNED. Nothing wrong with it, no hate, but if you've experienced it, you know. Salads are also brown and sticky and slimy. Maybe it will get better this year?! read more

Rascal House - Helpful suggestion to have a mat. Someone spilled ice from the fountain, this can be a safety concern. - Pizza Near Me - Cleveland, Ohio

Delicious pizza- great crust, and sauce and plenty of toppings. Fair price. Open late is a huge plus!

I went to Rascal House Pizza on 18th in Euclid today. I wanted a hot slice of pepperoni pizza. The pizza up front only had 3 slices left. I asked the cashier that I wanted a hot slice of pizza from the oven. She told me that it will be 8 minutes. So see told the people in back can I have a hot fresh pizza prepared. So the manager in back told her that he was not going to make another pizza until the 3 remaining slices of pizza are sold. I told him that I wanted a hot slice. He told me that the 3 slices are hot and it been there for only 5 minutes. I took his word and I purchased the slice of pepperoni and I sat down and this piece of pizza wasn't even hot but I ate it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I won't be coming there again. read more

On Sunday October 18, 2020, I placed an order for pick up at 2:00pm. Upon entering, the staff was very rude to the customers. My order was not ready for another 30 minutes (Waiting in car, checking back every 10 minutes as the staff advised). Furthermore, everyone who ate the food within my order experienced vomiting an hour later. Overall, the worst experience possible. From the unnecessary rude, mean treatment towards customers, to the food-born illness as an additional consequence of visiting this Euclid location. read more

Cleveland pizza sucks, this place is a great example. Did I order a SCHOOL PIZZA? No. Then why did I receive this thick, square, chewy doughy crap-za? This whole town has to have the WORST pizza ever. Very few places around, other paces closed on weekends? Ugh. Save yourself the fatness, this pizza ain't worth it. UPDATE: The owner read my review and thinks this looks good. Need I say more? Niko, this looks like the pizza at my kids school, but worse cuz its missing a side of apple sauce and a chocolate milk. read more

I have to be honest, I was a little drunk when I ordered and consumed pizza from Rascal House. I never had it before. I was in town from Oregon for my nieces wedding and having post reception drinks at the hotel with friends and family. My drunker than me brother-in-law hands me his phone with the menu pulled up and blurted out "make it happen". Now I do not remember the exact pizzas I ordered, but am sure I ordered whatever I saw first - to scrutinize menu options in the state I was in would have been too much work. Considering I was a bit schmecked up, jet-lagged, and covid was just kicking in. . that I still remember how good that pizza was . . .and decided to write a review, says something. It was really that good. read more

As an Uber driver who is downtown quite a bit I do appreciate the late hours however the quality of the pizza has steadily gone downhill. It seems the owner must really be penny pinching. Nothing about this pizza is even close to special, the crust is flat, the sauce is bland, the cheese average and the toppings certainly don't seem very fresh. The last pizza I got from there was so greasy the bottom of the box soaked through onto the seat of my car. Disgusting! If you're downtown and want good pizza late I would recommend Guys any day over the Rascal House. read more

Where do I start. Came to Cleveland for the first time to watch the Cavs vs. warriors game as we just moved to Columbus from California. We stayed at the Hilton Cleveland downtown hotel. We were told our order would take 45 min.... 1 hour and 45 min later our food arrives... cold. To top it off they forgot our cheesecake dessert. Called and they said they would bring it back as we paid cash and couldn't give us a credit. Look I understand if you are busy but don't fib about the expected arrival time just be honest and for goodness sake don't forget an item. The food itself was gross, spend your money elsewhere. Niko, I understand that pizza places can be busy. My issue is I called another place before yours and they said 1.5-2 hours for delivery at least they were honest. Also, just a tip if you are running that behind give your customer a call and let them know so they're not waiting around. I had to call in and see where our order was and the guy didn't even know!!! I don't give second chances first impression is everything when it comes to food. If the food was good it might be different. I gave 2 stars because another driver came back with the cheesecake otherwise it would have been 1. Good luck! read more

This is our second run in with Rascals while staying in Cleveland for the night. The best part is the will happily deliver to your hotel, you can order online and they are open NICE and late. So, after your concert, ballgame or gambling affair -- calls rascals and enjoy the pizza sober or as a late night sloppy snack. Friendly and happy phone service, not annoyed and put off. Busy nights call for a bit of a wait on the delivery, but a 4am call means that they are loved and willing to stay open late to serve their pizza. Radisson or Hilton Garden Inn, order that shit. Num. I ordered from the Maple heights location. I ordered a 16 slice pizza and a gyro and roast beef sandwich. We got our food around 12:30pm. But we didnt get to take a lunch and eat till 2:30. The people that work here lack basic customer service skills. I waited almost double the time they estimated for my food, and it never came. I finally decided to call them, and they placed me on hold 4 separate times. I had to call back, and when I asked for a refund, one of the employees said, "the manager has to do it. We're busy, and she'll get to it when she gets to it." I can see why they have terrible reviews. read more

For starters, there aren't tons of pizza options downtown. That said, it's not bad pizza. However, it's not great either. Pricier than pizza in the neighborhood but, I wouldn't call it price gouging either. They have some real issues taking the orders and getting addresses. We all know that buildings downtown are like mazes sometimes and the girl taking the order insisted on ONLY taking an address.(no other instructions) This made it VERY hard for the delivery guy. Of course he had to call because she gave him the wrong address all together. I had to send someone to flag him down outside on the street. So, feeling bad for him I tipped him pretty good so now I have over $40 dollars in pizza. And for $40 bucks am I wrong to demand a little more sauce?!?!?! They'd never make it in my neighborhood. But, downtown they have a market. read more

It was right at 40 minutes. The wings were good and spicy the Blue cheese was real small but they were good. The pasta bowl was huge and the meatballs were ok.
