We loved our brief visit here, and the only negative I can say is we didn't have enough time to stay and drink more beer! Next time, we must visit longer. Noble Beast is a great brewery in downtown Cleveland. This one felt more like warehouse breweries all over, but with its own urban jungle vibe of vines growing down from every skylight. Their beer is great quality, which is easy to see by all the awards they have displayed behind the bar akin to high school championship banners. The place was packed, but the bartenders were so nice, even chatting a while about the place. They have seating inside with picnic tables, small tables and chairs, and standing room around the bar and on the back small porch. Just based on our visit for one beer each, I look forward to returning sometime soon! read more

Cleveland seems to have a fair amount of local craft brewers. I was very happy with my meal, the tasty beers and the service. The chicken sandwich was alright, and I enjoyed the signature Bohemian Pilsner and a nice hazy IPA. Low tables, hi-tops and bar seating aplenty. 10/10 would return! read more

Noble Beast is one of our favorites. The brewpub is much larger than it looks and has a very laid back feel. They have a large menu and great beer. They have won multiple awards. Usually we sit at the bar. This time we sat at a table. Our server was great! We generally park on the street, but even when it is busy we don't have to walk far. Ohhhhh such good food! I wanted to try a fun local spot while I was in the area and this place did not disappoint! Our food came out quick and the food was amazing. We had the chips and dip, which I would not pass up. Especially for just five bucks! The chip to dip ratio didn't make sense but we were able to order more dip with no problem. It's a fun open brewery with a sports bar feel. I had the melon salad and zesty wings. These may have been the best wings I ever had. They were perfectly crispy, so fully of flavor lots of season for being a dry rub. The sweet melon to tangy flavor was a perfect t pair. My friend had the other salad and spicy sesame wings. It's hard to say which of the two I enjoyed more because they were all equally great! For a fun night out absolutely stop by. It was trivia night so it was pretty busy. I'll say the service kind of sucks it took along time for someone to take out order and that's only because we had to ask for help. The naan mi was an interesting take on a banh mi using spent grain to make the naan holding the sandwich together instead of a crusty roll. Great lunch at Noble Beast on a Saturday. Got there right when they opened and grabbed a high top near the bar. Ordered their pastrami sandwich, dry run wings, and beers. Service was friendly, easy going (but a little lax-- you may have to ask for things a couple times, and be ready to chill and wait a bit). Popped in on a day trip from Columbus and this place is a gem! Ordered fries, pepperoni bread, pretzel and chicken sandwich for the table. Shared everything and was not disappointed. The pepperoni bread came with diced peppers on a bed of sauce and the mustard with the pretzel was yummy. The pretzel did have black salt, which was a first and created a great visual presentation. The kiddo loved the hot and fresh cut fries and the chicken sandwich included the best pickles and slaw for extra crunch. Beers selected included the house IPA Evil Motive and a British pour, Brass Tack. It was like we were back in England with the cask pour. Service was super friendly and the wait staff engaged with the kiddo which makes any meal out more enjoyable all around. Worth a stop in! read more

Came here due to a prior review, and I have to concur. This place is a gem! Sat at the bar, and service was prompt and friendly. Tried the New Zealand IPA, because it was apparently made from rice. However, I think I'll stick with my rice out of my beer. But the food was delicious. Had the House Burger, which I found included 2 patties, which tasted like it was grilled over charcoal. And the fries really good, as well. And this was a true brewery, with vats featured prominently in the decor. Definitely recommend stopping here, if you're in Cleveland! read more

I wanted to catch a bite to eat before heading to the airport on a Friday in April. I didn't drink here but wish I did as this place was very cool! They had a ton of beer selections and even had staff favorites picked out. The decor was very pleasant with planets around and eclectic decorations. The sandwich I had was also very yummy and I believe reasonably priced for what I received. The staff in Cleveland at the bars I went to was just a little off putting for me and maybe something I'm not used to. Just not super attentive to me or seems willing to help. Closed out our night with a Temple of Speed Ale ($7), basket of fries to share ($6), two house burgers and the Roman Porkwich ($15.50 each). The food was all very good especially the burgers. The coleslaw was on the vinegary side and could have used a little dressing because it was dry. We asked for a side of their house vinaigrette to revive the slaw, but it cost $1 extra. Fries are hand cut, which is a nice touch and the additional condiments we asked for (mayo, ketchup, & mustard) were no extra cost. We got here around 9:15pm and the brewery closes around 11:00pm we lucked out since the kitchen stays open till 10:00pm, so we were pretty happy about that. Staff was friendly and this brewery has a great vibe. The biggest issue is the seating is uncomfortable (hard metal chairs) and you have to pay for parking, even though there is plenty of it and there is literally nothing else around. No wonder it's so dead in Cleveland. Stop charging $10 to park everywhere so the customers will come out. If I lived here I would frequent this brewery because the beer is delicious but I would either walk or ride my bike. Screw this paying to park everywhere crap. read more

The good six dollars stout nitro beer straight out of the tap and yes, this place knows how to pour a proper stout. Here's the better I got the. General Tsofu sandwich I was on the fence about it, but it was love at first bite. It was an explosion of flavors and taste. I ate it all without even thinking and here is the great. The hand cut french fries I had to order a side of those they were done till perfection not overly salted and to be honest I would go back just for those all at all with tip. I spent 30 bucks. If I could give over 5 stars I would. Noble Beast (besides having an epic name) is an easy-going brewery with real taste in food, beer, and aesthetics. On the list of friend favorites, we went to the brewery before a Sunday Cavs game. We found football on the tv, folks dressed in CLE sports gear AND a maker's market with four cool and local vendors (not an every day thing btw). The place is small and limited in seating as you are amongst the beer engines. Where you look, you'll find stickered walls that you could spend days reviewing for cool art and fun sayings. Take a look at their menu through a qr code for fun (and might I say accurate) descriptions of their beer flavors tied to great names. Order a smaller size to get to try more and even catch a chalkboard sign closer to the vats to see what they are in the works of brewing. Their menu is full of variety and flavor, both traditionally unexpected for bar/brewery vibes. With a kitchen the size of one of their beer pumps from the looks of it, they pump out delicious food to accompany the great drink. We had their nachos featuring epic shagbark chips that can hold all the goodness they throw on them. From savory, salty, creamy, saucy goodness, they're a 12/10 and I'm waiting for the next time I can have that with a Juicy Cheeks beer again. We got the CLE corndog, I'm a sucker for a carnival corndog so I had to give this one a shot. While it didn't totally hit the spot, I did wait to go hard on some of the other food and it was cold and not nearly as crisp as I'm sure it had arrived at the table. The breading was great with seasoning and it's a solid portion considering the "dog" is a kielbasa. While I'd want to give it another shot and have it fresh, I don't think I'd be able to not eat the nachos at this place. We also got an order of gochujang garlic wings. While they don't talk the talk of a wing place, I will say the number of flavor options had me slightly convinced of it. BUT I wouldn't really order again. While I didn't let these sit like mah dog, they lacked a crunchiness I'm looking for before a good sauce/rub. They felt baked and not as rendered as I would have liked. A good size and great sauce but the cook lacked a bit. This place is top of my list of CLE breweries and look forward to going again. While I'm not sure I can make it through more of their menu when an item as flawless as the nachos exists, but I'll update this review if I do. The service was great, attentive but not annoying and quick for refills or additional ordering. It was welcoming and I almost left with a four pack after one glass. Beer aficionado or not, go order the nachos. read more
