Stopped here for lunch while visiting Cleveland. GPS was on point finding this but I could see driving right past it. On street parking was sufficient and I believe there is a parking lot but I didn't spend effort finding it. Stepping in, your greeted with a pretty cool industrial building atmosphere and a beer sign made out of iron pipe. I sat at the bar and ordered a nitro stout which was super smooth but nothing out of the ordinary taste-wise. It was just right with an abv of 4.9 I think. The staff was friendly and grabbed me a water with the beer. I ordered the standard burger. It was excellent. It came with pickles which I promptly removed but no fault of theirs. The sauce had great flavor as well as the burger. It was seasoned perfectly. It came with kettle-cooked chips that were delicious as well. Fries were an upcharge, and I would have loved to try those but I was on a per diem and still needed dinner. I'd definitely come back, they had multiple beer options I'd love to have tried including quite a few IPAs. Great atmosphere and staff made for a great lunch.
Noble Beast is one of our favorites. The brewpub is much larger than it looks and has a very laid back feel. They have a large menu and great beer. They have won multiple awards. Usually we sit at the bar. This time we sat at a table. Our server was great! We generally park on the street, but even when it is busy we don't have to walk far. It took us a while to get to Noble Beast because it is a little off the beaten path. We definitely waited too long. It is a perfect place to spend a few hours on a weekend afternoon.
Ohhhhh such good food! I wanted to try a fun local spot while I was in the area and this place did not disappoint! Our food came out quick and the food was amazing. We had the chips and dip, which I would not pass up. Especially for just five bucks! The chip to dip ratio didn't make sense but we were able to order more dip with no problem. It's a fun open brewery with a sports bar feel. I had the melon salad and zesty wings. These may have been the best wings I ever had. They were perfectly crispy, so fully of flavor lots of season for being a dry rub. The sweet melon to tangy flavor was a perfect t pair. My friend had the other salad and spicy sesame wings. It's hard to say which of the two I enjoyed more because they were all equally great! For a fun night out absolutely stop by. It was trivia night so it was pretty busy. I'll say the service kind of sucks it took along time for someone to take out order and that's only because we had to ask for help. I'm gonna chalk it up to it being trivia night and there was other distractions. The staff was very nice and apologetic after.
Visited Noble Beast while traveling to Cleveland. My friends and I visited many breweries on our trip. No Le Beast is located in a small building in the Cleveland area. The taproom is well lit. For our visit to Noble Beast we only tried their beers. After reviewing the menu I opted for the Kolsch. The beer was light and crisp. It was easy to drink. I would like to go back and try more options.
Pretty tasty gochujang wings and miso wings. Good flavor and average size. The naan mi was an interesting take on a banh mi using spent grain to make the naan holding the sandwich together instead of a crusty roll. Wasn't super flavorful but wasn't bad either- liked it for the uniqueness. The nitro stout was smooth and moderately sweet. The fries were excellent. Well cooked and a good mix of some soft some more crispy.
Absolute winner here team. We were visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and didn't want lunch at the industrial overpriced snack bars on-site. We found Noble Beast Brewing just a few blocks away and got there a few minutes before opening. But the super-friendly staff, particularly Julian, let us in so we could grab a table while they finished getting ready. How cool is that? All of their beers are produced on-site and they are extremely tasty. We had the seasonal Oktoberfest (5.9% ABV) and the Never Star Stout (4.9% ABV) which were perfect for lunch. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries. The guys either had the Beer-BQ wings or the House Burger. All were great! The chicken was crispy and hit just the right notes between sweet from the slaw ( which also added a nice crunch), to the mild heat from the sauce. And the fries were done well (without being over-salted like a famous hamburger chain is known to do to similar fries). I wish this place was just down the block from my house because I would be here all the time. And I know that to be true because it was 80% capacity twenty minutes after opening on a drizzly Thursday afternoon.
Noble Beast Brewing is a nice, inviting restaurant & brewery. The chips and onion dip were good - not too salty or greasy. The Pressure beer was decent and tasted like a lager. The tofu sandwich had a nice array of flavors: savory, spicy, sweet. The peanuts and coleslaw really worked well together. Our waitress was very friendly and took care of the whole group very promptly.
Fantastic brewery with an outstanding selection of fresh brewed beers! Food is outstanding as well. Definitely on our lust of our favorite stops in the CLE!
This is such an amazing brewery in the city. The atmosphere was so amazing, all staff were super sweet. Tried a few beers and got hooked on the hefewiesen!! The food was fantastic. Highly recommend the wings!
The food was amazing! Pimento grilled cheese, Clyde burger and General Tsofu. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The ambiance was perfect for lunch with my family and the service was attentive but not intrusive. Thank you for a great meal!!
I'm always on a mission to visit breweries when traveling and this one was the closest to our hotel. The food was top notch and they had plenty of options for craft beer! I enjoyed every drop of every beer We had some wings, some kind of sandwich and a buffalo chicken wrap. No complaints. All of the food was 10/10. The place was busy and the staff was helpful and friendly! I'll have to go back one day!
Great lunch at Noble Beast on a Saturday. Got there right when they opened and grabbed a high top near the bar. Ordered their pastrami sandwich, dry run wings, and beers. Service was friendly, easy going (but a little lax-- you may have to ask for things a couple times, and be ready to chill and wait a bit). Food was all very high quality: wings were smaller than I expected, but well cooked and very flavorful. Sandwich was delicious, and the meat tasted very fresh. Overall cool vibe, would definitely go again.

We loved our brief visit here, and the only negative I can say is we didn't have enough time to stay and drink more beer! Next time, we must visit longer. Noble Beast is a great brewery in downtown Cleveland. This one felt more like warehouse breweries all over, but with its own urban jungle vibe of vines growing down from every skylight. Their beer is great quality, which is easy to see by all the awards they have displayed behind the bar akin to high school championship banners. The place was packed, but the bartenders were so nice, even chatting a while about the place. They have seating inside with picnic tables, small tables and chairs, and standing room around the bar and on the back small porch. Just based on our visit for one beer each, I look forward to returning sometime soon! read more
Cleveland seems to have a fair amount of local craft brewers. I was very happy with my meal, the tasty beers and the service. The chicken sandwich was alright, and I enjoyed the signature Bohemian Pilsner and a nice hazy IPA. Low tables, hi-tops and bar seating aplenty. 10/10 would return! read more

On vacation in Cleveland (said no one ever) but we came to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Pro Football HOF in nearby Canton. This place is awesome. Huge, great beer selection, great bar food! read more

Great lunch at Noble Beast on a Saturday. Got there right when they opened and grabbed a high top near the bar. Ordered their pastrami sandwich, dry run wings, and beers. Service was friendly, easy going (but a little lax-- you may have to ask for things a couple times, and be ready to chill and wait a bit). This place is always great! So many beers to choose from and they're all tasty! I love the vegetarian offers. The veggie sandwich is so tasty! And the onion dip is so good! All the food tastes so fresh. I love that they buy local when they can! The vines of plants hanging from the ceiling is so cool. My only negatives are the paid parking (boooo), the tables have a strong metallic smell, and sometimes the food can be on the salty side ! Oh and sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait for a seat (but what a good problem for the business to have!!) read more

1st time here for half of our party of 4. Cool vibe. Our group had an assortment of different Beers and they all were very good. We started with a order of the miso wings & chips with an very yummy caramelized onion dip. Our dinner was assorted sandwiches & more wings - every dish was full of flavor! Popped in on a day trip from Columbus and this place is a gem! Ordered fries, pepperoni bread, pretzel and chicken sandwich for the table. Shared everything and was not disappointed. The pepperoni bread came with diced peppers on a bed of sauce and the mustard with the pretzel was yummy. The pretzel did have black salt, which was a first and created a great visual presentation. The kiddo loved the hot and fresh cut fries and the chicken sandwich included the best pickles and slaw for extra crunch. Beers selected included the house IPA Evil Motive and a British pour, Brass Tack. It was like we were back in England with the cask pour. Service was super friendly and the wait staff engaged with the kiddo which makes any meal out more enjoyable all around. Worth a stop in! read more

I wanted to catch a bite to eat before heading to the airport on a Friday in April. I didn't drink here but wish I did as this place was very cool! They had a ton of beer selections and even had staff favorites picked out. The decor was very pleasant with planets around and eclectic decorations. The sandwich I had was also very yummy and I believe reasonably priced for what I received. The staff in Cleveland at the bars I went to was just a little off putting for me and maybe something I'm not used to. Just not super attentive to me or seems willing to help. But overall I do like this place and if I'm ever in town I would try it again with a beer! read more
Good beer and good hamburgers. Great brewery not very big. I got the pork sandwich it had a lot of flavor, but dry. But would not get again, because the hamburger looked better. Coleslaw was bland had to order some vinaigrette salad dressing to put on it And the chaeged me a dollar for a small little cup . Fries were ok. But not Chrispy. A quick place to get food a night. Nothing fancy. But the beer was good. Pay to park in lot or on street. Meals are around $15 and up. read more
Closed out our night with a Temple of Speed Ale ($7), basket of fries to share ($6), two house burgers and the Roman Porkwich ($15.50 each). The food was all very good especially the burgers. The coleslaw was on the vinegary side and could have used a little dressing because it was dry. We asked for a side of their house vinaigrette to revive the slaw, but it cost $1 extra. Fries are hand cut, which is a nice touch and the additional condiments we asked for (mayo, ketchup, & mustard) were no extra cost. We got here around 9:15pm and the brewery closes around 11:00pm we lucked out since the kitchen stays open till 10:00pm, so we were pretty happy about that. Staff was friendly and this brewery has a great vibe. The biggest issue is the seating is uncomfortable (hard metal chairs) and you have to pay for parking, even though there is plenty of it and there is literally nothing else around. No wonder it's so dead in Cleveland. Stop charging $10 to park everywhere so the customers will come out. If I lived here I would frequent this brewery because the beer is delicious but I would either walk or ride my bike. Screw this paying to park everywhere crap. read more

Beer: we both enjoyed our beer here. If I live nearby this would be my beer if choice. Reasonable price too! Atmosphere: loving the garage door open & airiness. Nice touch with the plants & skylight to add some softness to the industrial vibes. Not far from Rock & Roll hall of fame. Staff: super friendly & helpful. Food: my husband RAVED about the burger with Caramelized onions with beer. (And he doesn't even like onions.lol). He asked me to take a photo of his burger so he can make it at home in PA. I got turkey sandwich which the focaccia bread --- sell that bread. It was to die for, even though my Turkey kept slipping out of it. Still delicious. I'm from Philly so the pretzel was not for me. Keep the black salt but add barley malt. This place is a gem!! Keep it Rockin solid!! read more

Came here due to a prior review, and I have to concur. This place is a gem! Sat at the bar, and service was prompt and friendly. Tried the New Zealand IPA, because it was apparently made from rice. However, I think I'll stick with my rice out of my beer. But the food was delicious. Had the House Burger, which I found included 2 patties, which tasted like it was grilled over charcoal. And the fries really good, as well. And this was a true brewery, with vats featured prominently in the decor. Definitely recommend stopping here, if you're in Cleveland! read more

I stopped in for a late lunch on a Friday and it was busy. Overall, the bartenders were friendly and fast with orders. The food, I had gyro style hotdog, was good. I had the Reggae Shark and Sugar Shack beers, both were good. While it's a brewery, it feels more like a restaurant, not saying that's bad or good, just what it is. read more
