We went twice in one day. Last time we were here this was the place to be! Pizza is amazing. The angels that greeted us and took our order were so nice and waited while we decided what we wanted! First time, two slices and two beers. Later on we walked in, ordered a large pepperoni, made fresh, on our way...we are again pleased. This was a delivery order and is the worst pizzas we've had in 20 years. The pizza crust was gummy and had no structure whatsoever. The pizza was cut in an irregular manner with some slices being one quarter (1/4) of a medium pizza. I added jalapeños and red onions to a medium pepperoni and there was about one slice of jalapeño per slice of pizza. After eating one slice of the veggie pizza (same crust and slicing problems) my wife fed the remainder to the garbage disposal stating she has never had a pizza this bad. We do not, in any way, shape or form, recommend this establishment. Total disappointment! read more

The negative reviews are clearly from people that haven't worked in the service industry. When you're busy, you're busy and customers have to wait. To go to an online platform and bash a business that is consistently accurate, tasty, and the employees that they have are working hard and getting shit from people that have no clue how much effort it takes to keep up and put up with countless assholes making a barely livable wage. When on a road trip as a fam' of four, cheap, easy, and (hopefully) decent eats rule the road. We are regular roadtrip'ers from Buffalo to Cleveland for Cavaliers games, and often stay at the Comfort Inn a few doors down from this Rascal House. Ordering on DoorDash for pickup, we can get two medium cheese pizzas from Rascal House for $24 total. This is more than enough for a simple, cheap carbo-load for our fam' after the games. The pizzas are ready fast, and are hot at pickup. And for a cheap'o chain pizza, they are good! The dough is soft with a bit of crisp. The cheese stretches nicely. The sauce is a basic satisfying red sauce. I appreciate the late-night hours of Rascal House too, with an almost 11pm order being no issue since they stay open until 4am to cater to the Cleveland State crowd. Overall we really can't complain about the ease, convenience, and bargain of Rascal House medium cheese pizzas to go. The next time we're in town to cheer on our best boys in wine-and-gold, we'll be back for another affordable easy meal. read more

I had to order food for 20+ people for a last minute work meeting and Rascal house was able to accomodate us at the last minute. The attendees were pleasently surprised with the pizza and salad from Rascal House. The pizzas were not greasy and cooked perfectly. The Family size house salads were filled with lots of good veggies, not all lettuce. They gave us 4 different dressings for the attendees to choose from. Very disappointed today order a deluxe nothing on it but mushrooms and sausage gave driver 5 dollar tip . The pizza was suppose to be medium they sent a large. Their bathrooms are located way in the back outside of their establishment.. .but besides this, food quality and the set prices are great. Affordable for college students and tastes yummy! I just wanted to say what a great experience I had at rascal house... It was my first time ordering food from them. We were in Cleveland for a concert and it got over with late and we were hungry looking for places that were still open. We wanted pizza and we were surprised to find that rascal house was open till 4:00 a.m. so we decided to order from them and we're glad that we did. The pizza is pretty good the couple of times I have eaten at Rascal House. It's not top of the line gourmet pizza, but it's definitely better than Papa J's or Domino's. The service was quick and the pie was hot. The chicken wings weren't too shabby either. Some good, some not so good. Coworker and I placed an order for lunch. We asked that the order be delivered at 12:30 which was when our lunch started. Instead it arrived at 12. That means it had to sit for half an hour before we could eat it. So we had to reheat. Some people might not mind food coming earlier, but , when you're not allowed to touch it until 1230 and it comes at 12, well, you see my issue. So, after we reheated the cold pizza and potatoes, it was pretty good. Fries rarely re heat well and these were no exception. Pizza was ok. I would've like to have tried it fresh . I also got the veggie wrap. It was good, but messy, and also the stem was left on my banana pepper, and I didnt notice said and I gagged on it. Could have done without the stem guys.
