First time customer, just stopped in and ordered a medium pizza w pepperoni and sausage, got a 2 liter of soda, too, Total was less than 20. I thought the pizza was a bit undercooked and felt shorted on the sausage, otherwise we enjoyed it. Going to raise issue on the bottled soda as I don't like coke at all and if your going to sell bottled then include pepsi in your offerings. I'll probably not return on that alone. read more

Stopped by here late in the evening to get some pizza and wings. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. The staff were nice but a little wild- they threw a bag of free cookies at my mother in law haha. The pizza and wings were overall bland tasting. Nothing special about it. The cookies were soft and good but nothing crazy. It seemed like most people order for pick up as plenty of people were coming while we were waiting for our food to be made. This place has gone down hill. We ordered a pizza at 7. It's 9:30 and still not here. They tried to say they delivered it at 8 and nobody was home. That's funny given there's two cars in the driveway and we were on the porch. Outright lied. Said it would be another 45 mins as they only have one driver. It's an hour and half and still not here. The food last time wasn't cooked to order. The pizza was sloppy and not cut or cooked throughout. This is the last order they get from us. read more

I am never one to shy away from giving a bad review, but this place, right on Euclid by the Metropark, really delivers. We drove up and got a large pepperoni pie. It took 10 minutes or so, as we did this on impulse around 5PM - busy time. A few minutes later we were back at the park with our soda and the pizza. De-licious! I didn't pay the bill, but the person who did buy it didn't say anything, and she's normally price-conscious. The crust was just like I like it - not doughy, not thin, cooked just to the edge of outside crispyness. The sauce was slightly sweet, it had plenty of flavorful cheese, and they did not scrimp on the pepperoni. The pepperoni was spicy. It was a very good value - speed, price, and flavor. We passed the Euclid Rascal House many times during our times in the area. We typically get food from national chains that we know since we're from out-of-state. We decided to try Rascal House last night and we'll definitely be back! The Hawaiian pizza was fantastic. I'm a frequent customer of Rascal House and that's due to the staff and food. If there's ever an issue... it's fixed from a pleasing staff member. I've only had good service no matter what's going on. I've used their lunch box catering for 100+ employees and it's been rave reviews-- that doesn't come easy. I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism, the General Manger Anthony is rude very childish and do not follow hygiene protocols. I ordered a pizza and wing combo first while waiting I seen the General Manager scratch his face while making food with no gloves on. Then another customer came in and asked for her order and he come singing in shorts saying he the best baby her food was done before she left out. I then asked where my food was I was told 9 minutes for my pizza, 9 minutes later here's my pizza and I ask where is my wings. Anthony rude self come to the front talking about he didn't know any wings was ordered, he then proceeds to say baby they will only take 14 minutes. Listen he was singing and playing around in front of customers, while the Assistant Manager working her butt off. I asked for a refund he got smart and I definitely cursed him out. I will never eat at any Rascal house again first this is terrible that the Assistant Manager have to be under someone of this Character. If he is the face of the franchise then Kitchen Nightmares here you come. Anthony should not be a manger let alone an employee he looked filthy and was plying while the rest of his staff work. I rate you all at a 0 and I pray the Assistant find a company that values her more. He looks dirty and don't seem to follow Safe Serve Certification guidelines. I have gotten delivery from Rascal House Euclid several times. Nearly everything they make is well made. Have had the Rascal Burger--excellent. Have had the philly steak sandwich--I usually get this with double meat and double mushrooms--excellent. They add pickled red onion, really delicious. Have gotten the cheesecake--wow!!! Have gotten the bag of cookies--wow again!!!! Wings are excellent, everything so good and want to have them again--except the pizza. Every single time I have ordered the pizza it not only is terrible, but they get the order wrong, the delivery came three hours late once. I was told by the staff that you really have to order over the phone. I have ordered online and had nothing but trouble. Call the store directly and you'll have no problem, just don't get the pizza. read more

This place used to be excellent. It went way down hill. No one answers the phone. Very expensive. Website is very confusing and stand-offish. Last time I was in there the Jamaican dude couldn't get the credit card reader to work. I got the strong feeling he just wanted me to let him walk in the back to use the OTHER credit card reader. Let me start off by saying that I love rascal house pizza. I frequent the downtown location more than this Euclid location. I am so disappointed by my experience at this location. Having a diary allergy, I order my pizzas with no cheese. No cheese means no cheese, in the food service industry if something saying no cheese, you don't add any kind of cheese, whether it is it's own topping or not. So I order a veggie pizza with no cheese. When the pizza arrives it has feta CHEESE on it. So I call and explain that my order was wrong. The manager gets on the phone and then proceeds to tell me that feta is "it's own topping" and that I can not get a new one or even a refund. I was absolutely dumbfounded that they refused to compensate me for THEIR error in any way. read more
