I could not find them for the life of me but when I asked, he showed me where they were, helped me choose between the options, and sold me a really nice Milwaukee utility knife that was probably overkill but I like quality tools and it was nice to have that level of knife to cut through some tough Marmoleum flooring. I've read through the negative reviews and I think people should extend some grace to anyone trying to hire and retain quality employees in this day and age of self-centered people. It seems they acknowledge the negative experiences and commit to doing better. I think it's hard to expect more from people and I doubt anyone consistently gets better service at a big box store. I appreciate the small independent business owners who can stay afloat anywhere but particularly in business-hostile Seattle. I don't have a hardware store like this in my neighborhood (Leschi) so I think those who live nearby Greenwood should be thankful to have this neighborhood resource.
