This review is for their new interiors shop only!…read more I stopped in during their opening weekend for the new shop/space on 15th. It's a big space, feels spacious inside and so well decorated. They have a studio space upstairs and a display room + shop downstairs. They have a smaller selection, but great to see options that are from a local small business vs. a big box store. Price ranges are anywhere from $500+ for small furniture pieces and up. Home decor and accessories like candles, frames and art are reasonable, boutique pricing as expected. Love that they have a parking lot as well. I'll definitely keep them in mind for when I'm ready to do some true interior designing.

It's a beautifully-decorated shop, and the customer service lady (I didn't get her name) was super friendly and very welcoming to my husband and I. We didn't need any interior design services at this time, but we had an uplifting browse, and we bought a couple of nice-smelling candles, along with a wick-trimmer. Stopping in to this lovely little shop made our day better. I see here on the yelp page for this business that this business was established in 2014, however, when I asked the customer service lady when they'd opened, she told me that they'd opened in February of this year! I thought that was gutsy because I hadn't known this business existed before today, so I got the mistaken impression that the business was brand new. Perhaps she meant that this particular location opened in February 2021. In any case, I wish them all the luck, and I thank them for bringing a cheerful and uplifting experience to my day today! I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

HomeGoods - Looking fresh in the North Seattle Home Goods

I suggest new training for people who clearly aren't cut out for customer service. Update: after speaking with the manager at this location, it is abundantly clear that our experience was NOT what Kristen expects from her employees. She was thoroughly professional, and followed up by investigating the video recordings in the store to fully understand what happened.

Yelp review #1234!…read more Double masked and taking a break from working from home, I decided to check out the grand opening today (2/25/21) for HomeGoods at 130th and Aurora. It is located between PetSmart and Sprouts. Received a giant shopping bag upon entry, thanks! Never been inside a HomeGoods, brand new so very tidy and orderly. Places like Bed, Bath, and Beyond or Marshall's can be a bit messy in contrast. It has a a little bit of this and that of various home stuff and things. Perfect to refresh or fully outfit your home without breaking the bank. I was debating between a soft spring throw or a sauce pan, the latter wins! I zoomed past the vast kitchen gadgets and utensils and anything bunny related, resist impulse weaknesses. But roamed each aisle and got some note to self decorating ideas. My style seems to be post dormitory with a wee bit of orderly hoarder, lol. Prices were reasonable and a terrific variety. Check it out you're in the North Seattle. HomeGoods is located conveniently west of the I-5 N 130th exit or Hwy 99/Aurora whether by car or bus.

This store is located in the heart of Ballard on Leary Ave. There is a dedicated parking lot, however I chose street parking. Their showroom features vintage, mid-century modern, and high-end furnitures. They also have a decent amount of rugs, wall accents, room dividers, and paintings, and even cocktail sets. The prices are quite reasonable and they have measuring tapes available. If shipping is an issue, they also offer delivery through Uff Da Logistics for a fee. I in search for a record stand, however didn't exactly find one that fit my style. I did score on an antique chess set with case. The staff was very friendly and even offered to open other display cases so I can take a look at other items. I'll definitely revisit this shop and see if there are any other items worth taking home.

On delivery day I only received 2 out of 22 items, and they didn't bother to notify me that they changed the pickup warehouse, delayed the delivery shipment by a full week, and weren't going to deliver the full order on the day. It wasn't until the delivery driver came that I found out. When I asked him, he said there might be another delivery that day, but he didn't trust Lowe's to come through and that I should call them. I called the north Seattle store where I ordered the shipment from, and Mark said he would call the delivery department to see what they can do then would call me back. He never called me back. The next day, I called Lowe's customer service, and got routed to delivery. Curtis from delivery put me on hold, telling me that he was going to try to find an earlier delivery date. Without communication, he transferred me over to the supplier department, I assume because he didn't have a good solution. The poor lady in supplies couldn't help me because the shipment is en route and their backend systems wouldn't let her give me a full refund until they are delivered. I asked to speak to someone she reports to, and she said they wouldn't be able to help, so she wasn't going to do this. This company places all liability on the customer and does nothing to rectify their mistakes. Beware purchasing anything through them. I'm stuck with a store credit that I can't do anything with because they're a terrible fraud of a company.
