No attitude, no BS, he asked for the address and said he was on his way. I had called a tow company in our town, and they picked up with just a "hello?" The second which was dispatched by our insurance said he was 3-4hrs out so we cancelled him immediately. Mt Diablo was friendly and so fast with a very reasonable price! He had the truck unlocked in 5 minutes and my husband was able to get to his first job site of the day. It really means a lot to us who's business is also run on being responsive and showing up! Thank you so much for being there when we needed help most! Best Regards, Kristen _No Limit Concrete Pumping

Everyone was super kind, professional, and helpful during a very stressful situation. David was awesome, safe driver, courteous, great conversation, and clearly knew what he was doing. I have a Tesla Model S which sits very low to the ground, and their flatbed tow truck had a breakaway setup specifically for low profile cars so there was no risk of scraping or ripping off the bumper. That alone gave me peace of mind. They towed me from Walnut Creek to the Antioch/Brentwood border and made the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell this is a family owned and operated towing company that truly cares about their customers. If you need towing service for a Tesla, EV, luxury car, or any low clearance vehicle in the East Bay, I highly recommend this company. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely good people. I can't recommend them enough.

I had to pay them 8,000 to get my car out and then my car was taken again. When I tracked my car down I was told they auctioned and sold my vehicle. I then purchased a truck that I paid in full on and was registered to me. I was mugged and my car keys were taken. The vehicle was taken and had all my belongings in it as well as a 3,000 bike. I was told this car was auctioned and sold as well. I really don't want to have to go through a lawsuit . I was in a hospital and was unable to do anything until now. Update after owner response: The claim that my vehicle was not registered is inaccurate. The…read morevehicle had a parking permit displayed on the windshield and a transponder used to access the property gates, and it was registered with Parkade. My main concern is that I could have been identified/contacted before the tow, yet I was not notified. I also submitted a written request through the company's website for the tow authorization and related records, and have not received a response. I am separately reviewing the 5% credit-card fee for compliance with applicable rules. Absolutely terrible experience. My car was towed from my building over the weekend by this company, even though they were supposedly closed. I then had to wait a ridiculous amount of time just for someone to open the gate so I could get my own car back. What made it even worse was the owner bragging about how many cars he had towed from my building, as if that was something to be proud of. He also kept giving me unsolicited advice that I neither asked for nor wanted. The entire situation felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. Having my car towed on a weekend while the business was supposedly closed also made me seriously question whether the timing was being used to rack up additional fees. Awful customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. I would avoid this company if you have any choice at all.

Tuan and BD Towing: Angels in Disguise…read more I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from BD Towing, and especially their driver, Tuan. I found myself in a terrifying situation, stranded in the Caldecott Tunnel during rush hour with a dead car and a wife who was about to become a widow (just kidding, honey!). Car is fine but I ran out of gas *i am an idiot. After calling multiple towing places and 911 but no one showed up, the situation was getting dire. As if by magic, Tuan appeared like a knight in shining armor. Not only did he rescue us from a dire situation, but he went above and beyond by driving us to a gas station and charging us half the price of other quotes. Tuan is a true hero and a shining example of humanity at its best. BD Towing should be incredibly proud to have such a compassionate and skilled employee. Thank you, Tuan and BD Towing, for saving the day! BTW, Tuan just happened to drive by, CalTran and none of the other tow guys showed up LOL. Faith in humanity restored! Last November, we had to have our 2007 Lexus ES350 towed from Danville to our mechanic in Concord. We called All Area Towing and spoke with Al. Al showed up to our house and got our car out of our garage and then onto his truck and was off to Concord. Our car made it to our mechanic and we paid Al on the spot. He was personable, and he has people skills that others sorely lack.
