We had seen this place and all of the traffic going in and out and thought it would be a good place to try, what a mistake. The end product was good but only after we got it home and finished the cooking process. We received our pizza straight from the oven and even before getting to the car the box only felt warm, not hot. Getting home and opening the box definitely was a disappointment. I think that I would preferred to wait an additional 5 minutes than finish the job at home. There are too many other places to try than go back here. read more

Great pizza! I was very surprised it was not a brick oven type of place! The pizza is actually ran through a traditional pizza oven! The pan crust is the way to go! Not too thick and chewy! Love the different types of sauces! Normal pizza cheese is weighed out, but they offer all kinds of cheese as toppings for no additional charge! Plus the topping choices are endless! The best part is the sauce bar! No extra charge for garlic butter or extra dipping sauces! It is annoying to have to pay anywhere from 75 cents to a dollar for a small cup of dipping sauce! Here you can get as many as you like! WITH NO CHARGE! I am sure people take advantage of this option, but for me it's nice I can get my own amount of dipping sauce for the crust. Fast, really good pizza! It was a little crowded but the line moved quick. Everyone was super friendly, and the pizza (I had the thin crust) was great considering the price and size. Crust was good. Pan was more tasty than thin. Lots of choices of sauces and toppings. BBQ sauce was a little overbearing. I enjoyed the sauces at the end for dipping. Ready quickly. Pieology crusts are more tasty but this place seemed like it had more toppings to choose from. read more

Oh my gosh --- was this ever terrible. Ordered 3 thin crust pizzas and a Caesar salad. Each pizza had stale (hint - code for suspected precooked) crusts. NOT hot - even though I picked these up. Stingy on the toppings - also cold. The salad - small and just romaine (I think) and some cheese. read more

This was our first time visiting. I don't ever leave reviews but I had to on the item I got. I ordered the no dough spinach buffalo chicken pizza. The base was so burnt to the pan that I broke 2 plastic forks trying to scrape it off. I got about 3 bites before I gave up. Meh. It was pizza but that is all I can really say. I really prefer the brick oven style "fast pizza" places. Rapid Fire did have a lot of topping choices - the quality of ingredients is questionable (i.e. mozzarella "blend" cheese). The space felt dark and kind of cramped. read more

I'll keep this brief...I came here with my family for lunch after being told the food was good - and that was true. The quality of the pizza and choices to choose from is excellent, especially for the price. Sure, you can find better gourmet pizza elsewhere, but it was still good in my opinion. The dining area needed help. All of the tables were dirty and we had to clean off our own table before we could even eat at it, and... I didn't see any employee come out to wipe off tables or clean up the entire time we were there. Also, I have small children and they had family guy & American dad playing on the TV. If you're into those shows, more power to you - but someone like me would think twice before taking small children in there. A tv show like that isn't necessarily something you should be playing in a restaurant. read more

The staff looked like they could care less. Dinning room was nasty. Garbage over flowing, tables dirty, pop machine had ice piled in it and the sauces were mostly empty. The pizza wasn't worth the wait, tasteless and under cooked. People that ordered on the internet even had to wait for their orders, causing congestion in the pick-up area. read more

I normally rave about rapid but the the pizza had barely anything on it. It was a barely covered cracker. Also, what did they do to the hot sauces? They are so liquidy that they wouldn't even stay on the pizza. read more

We had the opportunity to eat here on a trip to Cincinnati. The pizza sauces were diverse and we enjoyed the variety of toppings too. Wood fired dough was cooked perfectly. We will be back next time we are in town. read more

I'm giving this location 3 stars. I giving them 3 stars because the food quality was really good and came out fast. I love their drink machine I've been to this location a few times I'm knows as a "regular" by one of the boy workers whose really nice and always thanks me the customer for coming there. However one of the employees kind of disappointed me. He kept playing with his hair and then touching the food. I'm not saying the gentlemen should cut his hair but it was long and in the front it should at least be tucked into his hat . I love the thin crust here [it is truly thin], and you can build your own pizza add as many toppings as you want except shredded cheese but add xtra fresh mozzarella it's great. There gluten free crust taste just like regular crust, u do pay more for it. This is by a inll means my most favorite pizza. read more

The pizza is great. The cashier Kacey was very helpful cuz I needed help with my order to my car cuz I only can use one hand. The only complaint I have is one of the managers was rude with me when I called them back to just tell them that the Dr. Pepper was just plain carbonation. He said and I quote "what do you want me to do about it" I live only a mile away from rapid pizza. So it wasn't the ride home. The Dr. Pepper was out or running low. read more

The only thing good about the Eastgate location is the food and that's only if you order something that's on the menu. If you want to customize something good luck. If you ask for green peppers you will get jalapeños or chives... because they don't know the difference. today marks the 3rd Employees who didn't know the difference. Staff can be nice, only when the owner/manager is around. When not around the employees will talk bad about you after taking your order. One employee in particular.. of course they don't wear name tags but she is super skinny has long wavy brown hair with dimples. She must be new because I've never seen her but she needs an attitude check. Pizza was cold when I got it today. when going to the Eastgate location I know the service is going to be horrible but after today I won't be back. It's supposed to be rapid fire pizza and take 180 seconds. I have been twice and experienced two different things! First time the place wasn't crazy busy and it took forever for or pizza which came out wrong (we didn't say anything because we didn't want to have to wait even longer). The second time, my pizza was quick! Regardless, taste is good..not great but they should work on their line service and timing. read more
