~The Subway of Pizza~ I tried this Rapid Fire Pizza, last week for takeout. My first impressions were that the establishment was large and seemed very much like a more spacious sports bar. The object that caught my attention immediately, was the brand new modern virtual Pepsi fountain machine (the same style of those 100+ Coke fountains in Wendy's). It looks much crisper and flows better than those of Coke, but it does not have as many options. As for the pizza, you enter and you decide on what type of crust you want and sauce. Thin or thick, sweet red sauce, regular, or spicy. After that, you go through a process much like that of Subway, Qdoba, or Chipotle. The employee will ask what you would like on your pizza, and they will proceed to put them on top, from a large selection of what seem to be mostly fresh options. Enjoy while you can, because as of now it's $7.50 for unlimited toppings. The pizza is very small for my liking, and I could easily finish two before being filled up. It is much like a personal pizza, and because of that, only takes about 5 minutes to finish from start to dining. With that said, the flavor is satisfying all depending on what you put on it. The cheese could be more plentiful, but in that case, you can fill it with meats and veggies of your choosing. So far, I feel like visiting again. read more

I came in after a long day to get my pizza, when I go to order my food they tell me that they are out of deep dish crust, which makes no sense because and can easily roll more. Then I sit down to start eating and I see multiple people walking out with their deep dish pizza right after I had just ask for that. Not only that but the person making our pizzas had terrible manners and was not very friendly. I ordered a pizza online and when I got home and opened the box I quickly realized it wasn't what I had ordered. I had orderd it with pepperoni, roasted garlic, and spinach. Only roasted garlic was on it , no pepperoni or spinach! When I contacted the store the gentleman I spoke with offered to remake it for me at no charge. Tried this place for the first time tonight, carryout, online ordering. The variety of crusts, sauces, toppings and extras were exciting and enticing. Ordering online was easy and it was ready for pickup 15 minutes later. I ordered a custom 9 Inch pan and 11 Inch thin crust with assorted toppings. When the guy handed me the boxes I was surprised how light they felt. They tasted better and fresher than a Dominos pizza, but they were a bit light on toppings. The pan crust reminded me of a pre-baked grocery store thin crust. The thin crust was similar to a wheat tortilla with a thin raised ring on the edge. They were good, but I was not wowed. And they forgot to give me my 4 included dipping sauces I picked out, so that was a bummer. Pros: it was tastier than a frozen pizza from the grocery store, they had endless combinations, and it was super fast. Cons: not a lot of food for the money compared to the standard competition, not anything close to the quality or style of a "fired" pizza (like classic chewy, crackly wood- fired pizza), and make sure they don't forget your sauces. read more

Came here the other day and had a great experience! I couldn't believe how many options there were. First you pick out your crust, they have Thin, Pan, No dough (which is all the toppings without the crust), Gluten Free UDI's crust, and desert pizzas. Then there are like 50 toppings to choose from. I was blown away when the employee told me that I could get whatever I want! They dont restrict you on cheese, meat, or veggies! Then the best part, they cook the pizza in three minutes or something and you get it right after you pay! The employees were all very nice and understanding as I picked through toppings. There seemed to be a few new employees there also but everyone was very in tune. Lastly, the pizzas are only $7.50 and you get anything you want on it. I dont understand how they keep it so cheap!? My friend and I were first time customers and very excited for the experience. We asked the staff how everything worked and we were told we could craft a 14" pizza for a flat rate. We put 5 toppings on and some only on half and got to the end very pleased with our creation. The checkout girl asked how many toppings we picked. We told her we didn't keep track because we were told it was a flat rate. The checkout girl needed some guidance so a more seasoned employee came over and said that it was not in fact a flat rate. She then clicked the topping button 6 times and said "you probably got more than that so it's fine. " we also had some questions about the self service beer and not only did they not explain the process well, the employees seemed annoyed by our inquiries. Finally, we begrudgingly paid for out $14 pizza, did not opt to purchase the beer simply because we felt bad about the interaction, and made our way to our table. Our pizza arrived and I counted exactly 4 mushrooms and then was increasingly annoyed that I paid $1 for that addition. Pizza is above average and if it's not busy comes out fast. If they are busy all 12 of their employees run around with their heads cut off while the manager hides under the counter and cries. They give people the wrong pizzas or they mysteriously disappear into the oven forever. Not sure which. After finally getting a manager to believe that your pizza is missing, he will offer you a cold pizza that another customer has returned. 15 minutes later, he'll bring a fresh out of the oven replacement pizza. Soon, you'll get home, open the box and realize it is STILL the wrong pizza. This will drive a normally sane person so crazy they actually spend time to write a yelp review. For the record, I originally wrote a long 3 page review only to find out that there is a character limit, so here is a recap of my experience. 1: This was my first time going here, and the pizza was mostly raw dough. employees seemed pretty nice at first glance though. 2: I had it recooked to prevent any chances of food poisoning but it was no better than before. 3: The manager gave an $8.50/aprox $20 refund. (At least we got SOMETHING back). I didn't accept a new pizza as I know the routine. "oooohh im ssssoooo soooorry you don't like the pizza, let me make you another pizza thats the same if not worse! That will make u feel better right??" NO! You lost your chance by serving me a raw pizza in the first place! 4: I finish my 1 beer, at 5% alcohol per bottle of cider and we (bf and I) left. 5: On the way home I puked up thr raw dough chunks that I put in my tummy. 6: I called the establishment to tell them I puked as I hadn't read the reviews, only to be accused of being drunk when asking for assistance. One beer can't even give me a buzz thank you very much! 7: I explained I have Aspergers which may account for my stammering as I was furious already after getting a raw pizza in the first place, have it recooked, and it being STILL being raw. end note: I feel discriminated against as the employee who told me I looked drunk on the phone automatically assumed I was inebriated and said it in such a callous way that it seemed as if he thought it was some sort of funny joke. All I want is a formal apology for the absolute inhospitable way your employee treated me on the phone. THAT IS BY DEFINITION RUDE if not a problematic sign that there needs to be reform! THIS is not acceptable. THIS is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable! Save your money for gas in your tank, or for a fully cooked pizza elsewhere at 1/3 the price of this junk. THEY won't accuse you of intoxication without merit or even cold hard evidence. Guys. This has to be the worst experience in customer service I have EVER encountered (except for the other employees and the manager. They were respectful and not RUDE!) I already have to struggle with a lot in life with Aspergers, I don't need people pointing out my shortcomings in the form of public intoxication accusations.
