Having said that every server I've ever had has always been super friendly and welcoming to me. Over the years I've typically gone with their Pollo Loco, which is a simple dish prepared with thin slices of chicken over rice with cheese sauce. I have often lamented that I can't get this particular dish back home. The chicken is always tender, and the cheese sauce is always perfect. Nice crispy chips and delicious not too hot salsa complete the experience. About the only thing I haven't done here is have an alcoholic beverage, on my most recent visit my wife had a margarita and indicated it was delicious. I'm so glad this place is here, and frankly I wish they would open a location in my hometown.
