DON'T drive your vehicle through this laser wash! Yesterday I drove my car (Chrysler 300 Platinum) through there. I noticed once I pulled out of it, that the top of my side mirror top was gone! I immediately went to the office and told them what happened. Explaining that now my electronics are wet and exposed. It took the owner 8 hours to call me back. At that time he also told me that he was denying my claim. The part alone is $800.00 and that isn't even labor added. The entire mirror has to be replaced. In the car wash, the mirror on my van was broken off. An incident report was made and I had asked for help attaching my mirror so I could get home without it completely breaking off. I was trying to salvage the mirror so I could quick fix it at home. I was given a single zip tie and as soon as they finished their incident report the worker ran off. I wasn't upset about it until I received little to no help after asking. I believe that this place could use some better training on customer service. I moved to Bastrop last year and upon seeing the low rating for this place chose to get the car detailed instead which cost nearly $500 for my Navigator. It looked amazing for sure, but today I really needed a car wash and I thought how bad can it be. Boy was I amazed. First, I will say I went at the wrong time around 8:30am when there were a million cars taking kids to school and the car wash was packed with 15-20 cars. I thought this is going to take me an hour. Wrong again. It took not even 10-15 minutes from getting in line to pay until I was vacuuming my car so they were very efficient. (if I waited until 9am no line at all.) So that was all good, but then things got better, free vacuums, plus towels and window cleaner all included? Amazing! For $12.99 and 20 minutes of work my car looked 70%-80% as good as the full detail. I learned they have an all you can use package for $30 which I am really considering. If I use it once a week it would be a really amazing deal. read more

Watch out for this company! I have been using Rapid Express for my car wash using the basic wash $6 feature for the last year. On December 21, 2021 I was upgraded to a full month for $9.99 for any number of washes for the month of December. Since that date my credit card account has been charged a monthly fee of $29.99 for the last 5 months. All that time I have continued to pay $6 for the standard wash. 5 months x $29.99 = $149.95 for no services! read more

Tuesday afternoon, while inside the car wash, the system malfunction, causing a 4 - 5 car collision! I jammed the car in front of me 3 times, the only way to stop was to step on the brakes and put it in park. First instructed to reverse out the rear but that could cause damage to the equipment and my vehicle, then had me drive forward. The supposedly manager on duty was too busy trying to get the system back up and running. Overheard an employee state that they can't make money if the system is down! The was not the first time this happened that day. The manager was too busy stating that the person in front step on their brake causing the chain reaction. The manager didn't know the name of their insurance, nor the number to anyone that could resolve the matter. I had to go though my insurance to have action against them. read more

Rapid Express Car Ash opened about 4months ago. We have all of our vehicles enrolled in an program that we auto-pay each month for the top of the line wash service they offer. Over the last few weeks when we've taken our cars thru, we are getting the basic wash and NOT what we are paying for. Our package includes wax and tire shine. Last week I had to take my car thru 3 times before they got it right. I had to go to the office twice and complain, which they told me it is all computerized and if someone jumps in front of me, it throws the pattern off. Well no one was in front of me. The second time I went in they said they needed to clear the queue. On another occasion the same thing happened to my husband and they told him the attendant punched the wrong button. Today when I went thru, once again I got the basic wash again! I went back thru again and told the attendant what wash I was supposed to get, finally got what I'm paying for. CAUTION.... PAY ATTENTION TO THE LIGHTS NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE WASH AREA. It tells you what wash you are receiving. I think they are trying to cheat people out of the service they are paying for by using their basic wash instead. read more

I had a membership - $30 a month - went through multiple times a week, i would say about 4 times the wash stopped mid-wash.... and probably 3-4 times i went through the wash and some how didn't register so I basically scooted/was pushed through the wash and was dripped on... resulting in having to flag down an employee to let me go through again to actually get a wash (i was literally told once "you can only go through once a day" no s**t sherlock, but i didn't get a WASH!). When I finally went to cancel my membership after dealing with more let downs than good experiences, the person didn't do it right and I was charged another month. They don't answer the phone, like EVER, unless you call 22 times in a row until they can't stand it anymore. Yes, I did that, if you can take my money and annoy me with a business full of inconvenience, you better believe I will sit and call back until someone answers. We will see if I get my refund. Torian (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong), was VERY nice on the phone, I am hoping whatever he did actually processes the refund... there are some good people there... but the business is NOT run very well, at all.
