Paid for $9 car wash and all it did was spray water on my truck for about 30 seconds and it turned off. What a rip off!

When this company first started, their equipment was very hard on your paint surfaces. Especially…read moreon the bumpers. The heavy rolling brushes would scratch and remove your paint. Since then, the brushes are no longer used and they actually do a great job in cleaning your vehicles. I like the fact that you can get as many washes that you need. A great deal for the price. Most car washes charge the same price for 1 wash that the Club charges for the whole month.

My vehicle (2025 Gand Highlander) was scratched badly during this car wash. The scratches were…read moreimmediately visible the moment I exited the wash, running from the back door to the front door. I did exactly what you're supposed to do: * I notified the employee immediately * He came out, took photos, and documented everything * A claim was opened on the spot Sixteen days later, I received a denial email full of generic explanations about how their equipment "couldn't have caused" the damage -- despite the fact that the damage occurred inside their wash and was reported immediately. They waited over two weeks just to send a canned response and deny responsibility. Instead of standing behind their service, they chose to gaslight a customer with technical jargon and zero accountability. If you care about your paint, think twice before bringing your car here. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility -- even when the damage is obvious and reported immediately.

Club Car Wash - Showing how well kept the car is because of it being kept in a garage.

Got a membership here 3 years ago when it was Rapid Express. never had a single complaint…read more a few months ago they changed owners and it's now Club Car Wash. The first change I noticed is the monthly membership price jumped significantly. ok, I'll stick with em and see how it goes. Well it started going downhill and has continued to go downhill. They run out of towels all the time, the parking lot is full of trash, the trash cans on site are overflowing, vacuums barely work and some don't work at all. The bathroom always STINKS & they haven't had hand soap since ownership changed and rarely have toilet paper. Worst of all is that the tire shine sprays the entire side of your vehicle and it's REALLY DIFFICULT to get it off. i spent near an hour rubbing like hell to get the black streaks off. Because the tire shine is oily, there are swirls all over the vehicle and the glass is so oily I can barely see out of it. my car looks worse than when I went in. This is a real shame because they used to be really good. Corporate doesn't seem to care as I have directed my complaints to corporate and nothing has changed. I have 3 vehicles with monthly memberships and tomorrow I will be cancelling them. Also be certain to get names and any other pertinent information when canceling. I've seen multiple people complaining on Google that they don't cancel membership timely and will continue to charge for months. Time to try another car wash.

On August 6, 2026, my 16-year-old son and I took his recently purchased new to him 2001 Lexus ES…read more300 through this car wash. The car had been garage-kept and was in excellent condition. Before entering the automatic wash, an employee used a pressure washer on the vehicle. When they reached the side mirror/window area, we heard an extremely loud crack and water sprayed forcefully through the window area. My son immediately panicked and thought some thing broke--he had just bought this car with his own money and was extremely proud of it. After exiting the wash, we discovered that paint had been blown off the side mirror.I immediately reported the damage. An employee took photos and told me the company would review its video footage, including footage showing the vehicle before entering the wash. The claim was ultimately denied. I was told that because the vehicle is more than 7 years old, the company isn't responsible and that I should have read the posted signage. What makes this especially frustrating is that the damage didn't appear to come from the automatic wash itself--it happened while an employee was pressure-washing the vehicle. I even went to a local body shop afterward and was told this car wash sends them plenty of repair work "they are our best customer". I'm posting the company's denial, the sign they referenced, and photos of the damage so people can make their own judgment. My advice: If your vehicle is more than 7 years old, think twice before taking it through this car wash. If something gets damaged, you may find yourself in the same situation we are. Here is the response from the car wash company Club Carwash "Hello Stephen, I am sorry to hear about the incident involving your motor vehicle. I have investigated the facts and made a determination regarding your incident. I have concluded that Club Car Wash will not be responsible for the damage to your vehicle. The damage being claimed is not consistent with our wash equipment. The wash is not going to remove paint or clear coat from a vehicle without some type of pre-existing paint imperfection. Anytime there are pre-existing paint imperfection, pressured water has the capability to get underneath those, causing more extensive damage, which is what appears to have taken place. Furthermore, the posted signage at the wash location states Club Car Wash is not responsible for any vehicles older than 7 years of age. Unfortunately, because of this, Club Car Wash cannot assist with the repairs of your vehicle. For your ease of reference, I am attaching the limits of liability that are posted at all of our wash locations. We appreciate your business, and if you have further questions, please feel free to reach out to our corporate office."
